| With the continuous construction of high-speed railway network in China,the number of EMU is increasing rapidly,and the network is becoming more and more complex.Under the condition of operation interference,the implementation and adjustment of EMU schedule is becoming more and more difficult.If the actual situation of EMU deviates greatly from the schedule,it will have a certain impact on the progress and completion of the transportation task of the whole network.Therefore,according to the real-time state of EMU schedule,the current situation of EMU schedule is evaluated,which provides the basis for the rapid adjustment and correct decision of the operation adjustment department.It is of great significance to reduce the influence of interference on EMU schedule and transportation task completion.For the scheduling of EMU,the existing research mainly focuses on the optimization of EMU schedule,the establishment of schedule system and the integration of operation and maintenance schedule,but few scholars have studied it in the analysis and evaluation of EMU schedule real-time state.Firstly,this paper takes the EMU scheduling problem as the cut-in,combs the EMU scheduling related processes and the content.The concept of situation assessment in military field is introduced into the scheduling of EMU,the connotation of situation assessment in high speed EMU is expounded,and the research framework of situation assessment in EMU is put forward.Secondly,the research of the situation factors extraction and scheduling situation assessment are carried out.In the aspect of situation factors extraction,the direct and indirect factors are considered synthetically,that is,the factors that directly affect the scheduling of EMU and the staff,equipment and environment factors that affect the scheduling of EMU by interfering with train operation.On the basis of analyzing the influence factors of situation in detail,the index system of EMU scheduling situation is established,the calculation method of each index is given,and the grade classification standard and each index grade standard of EMU scheduling situation are put forward,which laid the foundation for the next step of EMU scheduling situation assessment.Finally,a situation assessment model based on combined weight-fuzzy set-pair method is established and calculated by example.According to the real-time situation data obtained,the weight of each index is calculated by combining weight method,then each group of situation is evaluated by fuzzy set pair method.Finally,the relative closeness of the sample is calculated by improved TOPSIS method.The eigenvalue corresponding to the grade evaluation results is compared with the relative closeness.It shows that the results obtained by the two methods are basically consistent,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the model are verified. |
