Study On The Management Of Train Operation Diagram Compilation For Railway Administrations And Railway Stations And Depots

With the continuous development of China’s social economy and the continuous construction of new railway lines,the railway transportation market has also ushered in growth,which also brings challenges to China’s railway transportation organization.Train operation diagram plays an irreplaceable role in the daily operation organization of railway transportation.Railway stations and depots are an important part of the process of drawing up and implementing train diagrams.However,in existing research,stations and depots have received insufficient attention in terms of the management mode and technical means of train operation diagram preparation,and the efficiency and accuracy of the preparation of train operation diagrams and related operation plans cannot satisfy China’s increasingly frequent train operation diagrams preparation.This situation restricts the adaptability of the railway transportation market demand dynamics.Based on this,this article attempts to start from the level of the railway bureau,and through the discussion of the management mode of train operation diagram compilation,to improve the compilation level of operation diagram and related plans.The main work and research content are as follows:1.Research on the management mechanism of railway train operation drawing for railway administrations and depots two-level management.It is proposed to establish a professional operation diagram preparation management team with two-level management at the railway administrations and depots,establish operation diagram preparation management with two-level management at the railway administrations and depots,standardize the standard management of the two-level technical data at the railway administrations and depots and a comprehensive application platform,and strengthen the station and section-level train operation chart.The countermeasures for the management work were compiled,and the relevant responsibilities of the departments at the railway administrations and depots levels were discussed.The business process of the railway train chart preparation management mechanism oriented to railway railway administrations and depots two-level management is studied.2.Analyzed the business requirements and functional requirements of the railway train operation diagram compilation and comprehensive utilization system for railway railway administrations and depots two-level management.Based on this,the goal of the system research was determined.Discuss the system structure,system architecture and function design of the system,and put forward the key technology of the system.3.Based on the entropy theory,a structural entropy model for the compilation of railway administrations hierarchical operational diagrams and the comprehensive use of information transmission structure is established,and the structural order of the existing and optimized information transmission structure is calculated to verify the superiority of the proposed countermeasures.
