Study On The Historical Evolution,Conservation And Utilization Of Beibei Park Under The Perspective Of Cultural Landscape Heritage

At present,the protection of modern urban parks in China is facing a huge challenge.Many parks have been destroyed or even disappeared in the process of urban construction and expansion.Only some modern parks that have been well maintained and managed have survived.However,these surviving parks have some common problems such as lack of value,slow development and so on.In order to protect the integrity of modern park heritage and promote the expression of its value,it is not enough to rely on the traditional static and isolated means of heritage protection.With the emergence of "cultural landscape heritage",a new type of heritage,it provides a dynamic integrated concept of protection,complements and improves the theoretical methods of heritage protection.Modern park,as a cultural landscape heritage designed and constructed by human beings,its heritage protection and utilization research can learn from the theory and method of cultural landscape heritage research,excavate the material and value characteristics of modern park from the systematic and dynamic research of heritage,and then realize the protection and development.Therefore,this paper selects Beibei Park,which is well preserved,prominent and of multiple values,as a typical case from the existing modern parks in Chongqing.From the perspective of cultural landscape heritage,this paper discusses its dynamic historical evolution process and heritage element system,and puts forward the strategies for the protection and utilization of Beibei Park heritage.The paper consists of five parts: the first part puts forward the problems,the second part constructs the method objectives,the third part analyzes the problems combined with the objectives,the fourth part puts forward the strategies to solve the problems,and the fifth part summarizes and discusses.First of all,it puts forward the realistic background and problems faced by modern park,and makes clear that the research direction of this paper is the protection and utilization of modern park heritage.Through collecting and sorting out the modern park construction and existing situation in Chongqing,the typical case of Beibei park is selected as the research object.Then through the analysis and introduction of the research background and domestic and foreign research review,the theoretical perspective of cultural landscape heritage is clarified.Finally,the research purpose and significance,research methods and framework are described.Secondly,it puts forward the theoretical research system of modern park from the perspective of cultural landscape heritage,which provides method guidance for the core research part of this paper.By explaining the concept correlation and common characteristics of cultural landscape heritage and modern park,this paper explains the feasibility of studying modern park from the perspective of cultural landscape heritage,and then constructs the theoretical research methods of modern park heritage protection and utilization according to the theoretical methods of cultural landscape,including the research of heritage element system and dynamic evolution.Then is the specific analysis process of the typical case of Beibei Park,which is also the core part of this paper.The third chapter is mainly to sort out the background and historical development of Beibei park construction.By referring to the relevant historical materials and documents of modern Beibei city and park construction,the historical development of the park is divided into four periods according to the construction characteristics of different ages: the initial stage,the development stage,the recovery stage and the regeneration stage,and explains the event activities and construction ideas of Beibei Park in each period.Under the foreshadowing of the third chapter,the fourth chapter makes an in-depth analysis of the composition of the heritage elements of Beibei park from the two systems of material space and heritage value,and finally obtains four carriers that can reflect the integrity of the park Heritage: the overall pattern of internal and external integration,the mixed space form of China and the west,the multi-functional activity nodes and the symbol facilities of spiritual propaganda.The fifth chapter takes the four historical periods of park construction as the vertical axis,compares and analyzes the evolution characteristics and laws of the four levels of research carriers in Beibei Park,mainly including three aspects: the compound of urban functions,the diversification of service functions and the hybridization of artistic styles,reflecting the universality and particularity of Park heritage,and finally summarizes the factors and mechanism of promoting Park evolution So as to guide the heritage protection and sustainable development of Beibei park.Then it puts forward the strategy of heritage protection and utilization in Beibei park.According to the idea of cultural landscape heritage protection and utilization,starting from the maintenance of the overall style and style,the protection and continuation of history and culture,and the transformation and adaptation to the needs of the times,combined with the current situation of Beibei Park protection and utilization,this paper puts forward the combination of the overall protection of regional environment,the maintenance of mixed garden style,the transformation and reconstruction of activity nodes,the continuation of historical space form,and the shaping of cultural signs and facilities Policy system to achieve the inheritance and development of Beibei Park heritage.Finally,the paper summarizes the research content and ideas,finds out the shortcomings in the research process,and puts forward relevant thinking,looks forward to the future research direction,and provides ideas for related research.
