Research On The Archives Information Construction Of SVW

Social progress is often accompanied by a boom in informatisation and intellectualisation,and the construction of information technology is an important means of promoting modern development,achieving efficient work and improving overall competitiveness.There is no doubt that the construction of archival informatization plays a vital role in the development of archival work.As an important part of the national archives informatization construction,the enterprise archives informatization construction also has an irreplaceable role in the context of continuously promoting the archives informatization construction process in China.As a national economic pillar,automobile manufacturing enterprises should actively carry out the construction of archival informatization in order to promote the comprehensive collection and effective management of digital archives,meet the higher requirements of the State Archives Bureau and the archival offices of higher-level group companies for the construction of archival informatization,and adapt to the many needs of a constantly developing society.In this paper,we take SAIC Volkswagen Automotive Ltd(hereinafter referred to as SVW)as the object of our study,to gain a comprehensive understanding of the current situation of SVW’s enterprise archives informatization and propose new ideas for its enterprise archives informatization construction.In this paper,we use the literature research method and case study method to firstly explain the background of the selected topic,domestic and international literature and research methods,and lay the foundation for the research of this paper.Secondly,on the premise of a comprehensive understanding of the classification and characteristics of various archives in automotive manufacturing enterprises,the paper outlines the impact of archival informatization on the archival management of automotive manufacturing enterprises and the benchmark requirements for the construction of archival informatization in automotive manufacturing enterprises.Then,taking SVW company as a case study,the current situation of the development of its archival informatization construction is analyzed from the perspectives of organizational construction,institutional system,business process,infrastructure and informatization construction,in terms of digitalization development,application of archival management system and informatization services,as well as from the dimensions of weak informatization concept and lack of informatization planning and guidance for archival management.Finally,using the guidelines and ideas of enterprise archives informatization construction,it captures the current state of archives informatization construction of automobile manufacturing enterprises in terms of concept propaganda,top-level design,resource integration,and promotion of archives digitization,and proposes new ideas and countermeasures for SVW to strengthen archives informatization construction,providing new inspiration for its archives informatization construction.
