| In recent years,with the social and economic development and the overall optimization and adjustment of the transportation infrastructure structure,the passenger volume of my country’s civil aviation airports has increased year by year.The layout of the landside transportation transfer center of a mega-airport directly affects the transfer and connection service level of the airport hub,thereby affecting its distribution transportation efficiency and economic benefits.Therefore,this paper conducts research on the layout planning of landside transportation transfer centers in megaairports.The main tasks are as follows:(1)The research object was determined as a mega-airport with an annual throughput of over 30 million passengers requiring the introduction of rail transit and a land-side transfer center.With reference to the composition of the distribution system of mega-airports across the world,the characteristics and scope of application of different distribution modes in the planning and design of mega-airports were summarized and discussed.The necessity of studying the layout of land-side transfer centers in mega-airports.(2)Starting from the aggregation regular patterns of various modes of transportation connected to the airport transfer center,referring to the individual aggregation models of each transportation,the maximum aggregate amount of passenger flow of all modes during peak hours was used to measure the maximum number of people gathering in the transfer center.Then according to the rates of each mode of transportation during the evacuation,the required capacity and scale of each station of the transfer center were determined to support the layout design,taking Chengdu Tianfu International Airport as an example to verify the feasibility of this method.(3)Improved the evaluation index system of the mega-airport land-side transfer center from the aspects of hub layout,system capability,passenger transfer,information system and management system coordination by considering the characteristics of the airport’s land-side transfer center.Then,the matter-element evaluation model was adopted for comprehensive evaluation,taking an early transfer proposal of Tianfu International Airport as an example to verify the validity of the evaluation.(4)Referring to the weights of different indicators in the indicator evaluation system,start from the perspective of prioritizing important indicators.From a macro level,considering the limitations of site area and the characteristic of mega-airports with multiple terminals,an optimization model for the layout of transportation facilities in the airport transfer center with minimal interference from transfer time and internal organization was established.Finally,layout cases of multiple terminals and single terminal land-side transfer center were presented to verify the effectiveness of the model. |
