With intercity travel and city travel becoming more and more frequent, although our airport air route, railway network and road network have been very developed, but our territory is vast, the transportation network span is large, and there is no comprehensive direct between cities. In this case, transportation mode transfer becomes a necessary link of passenger travel.A good transfer and connection relationship is not only an important guarantee to improve the efficiency of the transportation network system, but also a booster to promote the economic development around the city, and a key link to promote the development of intercity travel. Then what is the status quo of integrated transportation transfer in our city? Is it convenient to transfer between the same station and the other station? How to alleviate the transfer organization contradiction between OD of medium and long distance stations? There are many issues worth discussing and thinking about. Therefore, based on the concept of "people-oriented" and "transportation infrastructure serving people",this paper puts forward multi-objective optimization strategy and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions based on the analysis of the current situation and influencing factors of the convenience of comprehensive transportation transfer in provincial cities. In terms of the current analysis of the convenience of comprehensive transportation transfer, based on the transfer OD pair data of 31 provincial capitals,110 comprehensive transportation hubs and 352 different stations in China, this paper analyzes the transfer OD pairs from three perspectives of "point","line" and "plane".Descriptive statistics method, travel time consumption ratio method, super efficiency SBM-DEA model and other accessibility related models were used to analyze the status quo of the same station and different station transfer convenience. The main results are as follows:(1)The transfer system of external and internal transportation in 31 provincial capitals of China is basically complete.41.17% airports are equipped with railway hubs, but 41.18% airports and 22.36% railway hubs are not equipped with urban rail transit;(2)The geographical linear distance between transfer OD and transfer at different stations is mainly distributed in the range of 6km~20km,28.98% of transfer OD and 66.19% of transfer OD have not realized direct access to urban rail and bus,and the direct access to railway is not realized;(3)Only 16.18% of transfer OD at different stations has a higher service level for public transport;(4)86.24% of comprehensive transportation hubs still need to optimize their resource allocation;(5)The spatially accessible time of the integrated transportation hub shows a tiered pattern from outside to inside, and the cost accessibility of the airport hub is generally higher than that of the railway hub.In the aspect of the analysis of the factors affecting the convenience of comprehensive transportation transfer, firstly, based on the comprehensive transportation theory and transfer convenience theory, the paper analyzes the comprehensive transportation transfer system. Then, based on the OD pairs of transfer data at different stations,Pearson correlation, geographic detector and multiple linear regression model were applied to objectively analyze the factors influencing the convenience of comprehensive transportation transfer from the two aspects of correlation and spatial differentiation from the macro and micro levels. The main results are as follows:(1)The transfer convenience of a single hub is mainly related to the geographical location of the hub;(2)Geographical distance, travel mode and number of travel stations are the main factors of the shortest transfer time, among which the number of travel stations is the most important factor;(3)Geographical distance, the shortest road mileage, travel mode and number of travel stations are the main factors of the least transfer cost, among which the travel mode and number of travel stations are the most important factors. In terms of the optimization of the convenience of comprehensive transportation transfer, firstly, the implementation strategy of multi-objective optimization of the convenience of comprehensive transportation transfer is constructed.Secondly, the multi-objective optimization model is established under the premise of determining the optimization objectives, and the linear weighting method is applied to solve the multi-objective function. Finally, the optimization scheme of Chongqing metropolitan area is tested. The main results are as follows:(1)The resources of large external transport hubs in the main metropolitan area of Chongqing are well equipped, but the organization of cross-station transfer and direct transport still needs to be improved;(2)67.85% of OD transfers at different stations have not realized direct urban rail transit and bus transit;(3)Only 39.28% of transfer OD at different stations has a higher service level for public transport;(4)The optimized implementation scheme proposed in this paper is of high practical value and practical. On the basis of the above research, this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions to improve the convenience of transfer: strengthen the efficient connection of "point","line" and "plane";Strengthen multi-departmental communication to build a comprehensive transportation transfer network;Focus on the geospatial location of the hub in the long term.
