After the 19th National Congress of the COMMUNIST Party of China(CPC),whether it continues to deepen the "supply-side structural reform" or "three cuts,one reduction,one subsidy",China’s economic development has entered a new development stage featuring high efficiency,low cost,superior structure and sustainable development,which is also called the "new normal economy".The economic growth of the past few decades,based largely on inputs of productive resources and demographic dividends,has become a thing of the past,driven by high pollution at the expense of the environment and cheap labor.The traditional way of production and management,management and development concept can no longer meet the future market demand and industry development trend.From the perspective of national sustainable economic development strategy and industrial policies and regulations issued frequently in recent years,it is inevitable for the construction industry to develop towards standardization,industrialization and informatizationSichuan VC Construction Company as a typical private construction enterprise,the original development strategy has been to adopt the professional construction general contracting business strategy,mainly to develop various professional construction general contracting.With the application and promotion of EPC mode and the industry trend of prefabricated construction,both the construction mode and the contracting mode have undergone fundamental changes.Based on this trend,the existing single construction general contracting strategy of Sichuan VC Construction Company is obviously unable to adapt to the changes of the external environment.Based on VC in Sichuan construction company as the research object,first of all,based on strategy and strategic transformation of literature at home and abroad was summarized and analyzed,secondly on the basis of the theory of strategic transformation,the transformation of the industrial structure theory as the theoretical guidance,literature research,theoretical study method,statistical analysis,case analysis as research methods,using PEST model,porter five models to external macroeconomic environment,industry transformation trend of system analysis,and combined with the company’s own advantages and disadvantages and the resources endowment,through the SWOT analysis it is concluded that the optimal portfolio,then put forward the development of the VC construction company in Sichuan direction,strategic objectives and implementation path,In order to ensure the smooth implementation of strategic transformation,the corresponding safeguard measures,possible risks and how to prevent them are put forward.
