With the continuous increase of vehicle ownership,the demand for motor vehicle maintenance and parts supply is increasing.Whether the amount of spare parts is reasonable directly affects the quality of vehicle system.At present,most scholars study non repairable spare parts,but with the development of spare parts maintenance theory and the improvement of spare parts price,the management of repairable spare parts is also becoming increasingly important.At present,the spare parts warehouse mainly obtains the spare parts reserve of each maintenance point warehouse by analyzing and predicting the historical records.It often only considers the demand for spare parts for the current level maintenance,but does not consider the problem of multi-level optimal configuration.This paper studies the Multi-level Inventory Optimization of vehicle repairable spare parts.The main results are as follows:(1)Aiming at the multi-level inventory optimization problem of vehicle repairable spare parts,a multi-level inventory optimization model of repairable parts with two support levels,three support levels and two spare parts levels based on metric theory is established.Through the actual data of an automobile company,the model is solved by the marginal optimization method of traditional metric theory,and the optimal solution of the number of spare parts in stock at all levels is obtained,It provides decision support for vehicle multi-level repairable spare parts inventory management and supportability analysis.(2)Aiming at solving the Multi-level Inventory Optimization Model of vehicle repairable spare parts,an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed.By dynamically adjusting the inertia weight and learning factor of the particle swarm optimization algorithm,and introducing the penalty function,the algorithm improves the convergence speed and optimization results of the particle swarm optimization algorithm.Finally,compared with the marginal optimization algorithm,the result is better than the traditional marginal optimization algorithm,and has certain advantages in solving the multi-level inventory optimization problem of spare parts.(3)Based on the research results of Multi-level Inventory Optimization Theory of vehicle spare parts,java development language and My SQL technology,a Multi-level Inventory Optimization System of vehicle spare parts is developed.The system includes four modules: system management,basic information management,warehouse management and repairable parts inventory optimization.Among them,the repairable parts inventory optimization module includes project engineering management,site structure construction The five functional modules of spare parts structure construction,maintenance parameter maintenance and inventory optimization calculation provide a practical platform for the inventory optimization management of repairable spare parts.
