With the formation of the globalize market, enterprises under the background ofthe fierce competition, rely on multiple teams in the field of multidisciplinarycollaborative design activities has become a mainstream, enterprises have put productcollaborative design as an important supporting technology, aviation complex products,as a typical example of aviation enterprise product design production, the productdesign has become the hot topics in the study of aviation enterprise collaborative design.Design resources as a carrier for product research and development and the basicelements of the project, at the different stages of the product collaborative design youneed to use a lot of design resources and design resources play an important role in theprocess of collaborative design, how to improve the efficiency rate and utilization rateof resources, and reduce the operating costs of the aviation enterprise in the designprocess, play the maximum efficiency of design resources and shorten the design cycle,reduce design cost, enhance the competitiveness of the aviation enterprise, rational andeffective allocation of resources is the key to achieve these goals.This paper regards the collaborative design and optimum distribution of resourcesof aviation complex products as research content, it analyses and studies the theory andmethod of collaborative design and optimum distribution of resources of aviationcomplex products, the main work is as follows:(1) Base on the comprehensiveunderstanding of domestic and foreign research statuses and theoretical knowledge ofmastering the optimal allocation, studied the aircraft configuration hierarchy of complexproduct collaborative design resources, put forward aviation complex productframework of collaborative design resource optimize configuration, made the logicaldecisions about the optimal allocation of design resources and laid the theoreticalfoundation for the following study.(2)Based on the characteristics of design resourcesof aviation complex products, three-dimensional coordinate system of design resourceswas formed and a3D collaborative design resources integration model was built, thekey technologies of semantic resources for web ontology language (OWL), packagingdesign resources and the key link technologies of design resource service was studied.(3)The analysis of different preferences for different design resources in the cooperativedesign demand, we built the resources information retrieval model for preferenceextracting, diffusion method, principle and process in the design resource model of preference extracting was introduced, we also can get the answer to this model by theimproved free search algorithm.(4)The analysis of the combinatorial optimizationdesign method of collaborative resource service for aviation complex products, thetheory of optimization and priority efficiency were in-depth researched, the model ofcombinatorial optimization design method of collaborative resource service for aviationcomplex products was built and we also analyzed three key technologies, they arecomposite service execution path, resource service evaluation and conflict managementin the model.In this paper we use a systematic way to propose the methods of resourceallocation and management style for aviation complex products, which has a certainvalue to the aviation enterprise and is very significant in improving the designefficiency of resource allocation.
