| The 13 th Five-Year Plan pointed out: We must continue to take the development of hydropower as the guiding principle and vigorously promote the construction of hydropower bases. So,the scale of hydropower projects is increasing.Underground caverns as a difficult part of hydropower projects, its construction safety management is crucial to the smooth construction of hydropower project.Unlike ground engineering, underground caverns have their special construction environment, there are many construction risks which are difficult to find because of the small work surface and the dark and damp construction environment. In this case, the worker’s ability to identify and judge risks is very important. At present, the research on perception of risk mostly stays in the field of large-scale public safety accidents and coal mining.Currently, there is no specific application in the field of hydropower engineering construction, this article explore the connotation of risk perception through the perspective of cultural theory,Social magnification perspective and psychometric perspective, and analyse the relevant factors that influence the perception of workers’ risks, defined the mechanism of the influencing of each factor on workers’ perception of risk and the interactions between the factors.Firstly, analysis the connotation of workers’ risk perception through psychological measurement, combined with the characteristics of underground cavern construction, the method of literature reading and expert survey has been used to identify the risk perception factors of underground cavern construction personnel, and uses E-prime experiment software to initially check factor accuracy, what’s more, the Likert Five-Point Scale has been used to formulate the questionnaire of influencing factors of risk perception of cavern construction personnel.Secondly, the collected data has been recorded into the SPSS software for data verification and exploratory analysis. The results show that data has good reliability and validity.AMOS software has been used to establish the initial SEM model and perform model fitting test, the results show that the model fitting effect is good, all the matching indicators are up to standard, the data is reliable, and the model is acceptable. Finally, various path factors and factor loads between risk perception factors of underground cavern construction personnel are calculated through SEM model path analysis, the relatively important factors are identified based on the absolute value of the data. The key mediating factors have been found out based on the mediating effect of model feedback.Based on this, the relevant suggestions for improving the risk perception of underground cavern construction workers are proposed, which are expected to provide useful theoretical and practical reference for the safety management of construction of underground caverns and create a safe underground construction environment. |
