With the rapid development of my country’s economy,various industries are exploring on the road of sustainable development.Similarly,HVAC also needs to take a road of sustainable development.Evaporative cooling air-conditioning technology is a green,environmentally friendly and energy-saving air-conditioning technology that meets the country’s requirements for energy conservation,low carbon emission and emission reduction.With the in-depth development of subway construction projects in various cities in my country,the subway plays a role in our people’s lives.The role of people is becoming more and more important.In this context,this article will analyze in detail the evaporative cooling air-conditioning system of a subway station in Lanzhou from the perspective of combining design and BIM,and use BIM technology to solve the problems found in actual design and construction.First,this article reviews the research background,significance,domestic and foreign literature,research content,etc.,and sorts out the research ideas of this article;second,this article explains the theoretical basis of BIM and evaporative cooling,mainly on the concept of BIM,the characteristics of BIM,and Analysis of advantages,basic theory of evaporative cooling air-conditioning system,etc.On the basis of theoretical analysis,this thesis conducts a detailed study on the whole process of evaporative cooling air-conditioning system of a subway station in Lanzhou from design to construction and installation,and summarizes the,In the actual application of evaporative cooling air-conditioning system,due to its thick air duct,many problems encountered in the process of design,construction and installation that are difficult to solve in traditional design and construction.At the same time,the operation effect of the evaporative cooling air-conditioning system of a subway station in Lanzhou is analyzed;then it is proposed to use BIM technology to optimize the design of the evaporative cooling air-conditioning system of a subway station in Lanzhou.A BIM model of an evaporative cooling air-conditioning system in a subway station in Lanzhou,and analysis of its model application effects.Finally,combined with BIM technology to solve some typical problems in the design and construction of a subway station in Lanzhou:The collision problem between the air duct and the air duct.In our traditional design,due to the thick duct of the evaporative cooling system and the limitation of the height of the subway station,the designer will spend a lot of time and often adjust the height of the duct.Due to omissions,various collision problems were discovered during the construction process,which will inevitably lead to rework or material waste.If you combine BIM technology and use Navisworks to generate collision detection reports and locate them in advance,you can effectively solve them before the drawings are released.These problems;the problem of the collision between the duct and the structural floor,the idea of solving the problem is the same as the previous problem,and the problems that were not easy to find before can be solved in the design stage through collision analysis.The partial ceiling does not meet the minimum height.Not only can it be found and adjusted more three-dimensionally through BIM,but also special-shaped pipe fittings can be prefabricated in the factory through BIM technology and installed directly on site to solve the problem of difficult construction and consumables caused by rework;the same,The bridge is intricately in the corridor pipeline dense area,and the on-site production is prone to errors and rework.It is processed in advance through BIM technology and installed on the site to solve the problem of difficult construction and consumables caused by rework.The problem of coordination errors between majors.Because traditional design majors have poor communication timeliness and low synergy,problems caused by coordination errors often occur.If BIM technology is used,errors will be greatly reduced and efficiency will be improved.The layout of the on-site supports and hangers is not beautiful and unreasonable.The pipelines are arranged comprehensively through BIM technology,and the professional supports are installed and arranged reasonably,which can effectively reduce the waste of supports and hangers,and at the same time can increase the elevation and increase the aesthetics.
