| Whether the layout of the main plant and auxiliary machinery of the power plant is reasonable and the realization of optimized configuration directly affects the investment and operating cost of the power plant,and is of great significance to the payback period of the power plant’s investment and the safe operation of the power plant’s individual systems.The optimized layout of the main plant and the optimized configuration of auxiliary equipment are a comprehensive problem,which is closely related to the layout of the plant’s general layout,coal handling system,electrical,thermal control,chemical and other professional equipment.This thesis takes the optimized layout of the main plant and the optimized configuration of auxiliary equipment in the construction of the 2×350MW circulating fluidized bed thermal power plant in Xuzhou,Jiangsu as the research object.By researching the optimization layout of the main plant of the circulating fluidized bed boiler unit at home and abroad and the design and selection of the main auxiliary equipment by reference,analyzed the existing problems of the main plant layout and auxiliary equipment of the units that have been put into operation,and seek further optimization of the main plant layout and auxiliary equipment configuration of Datun Thermal Power Plant.The main plant layout mainly considers the impact of plant layout on the environment,equipment installation and other factors on the investment economy of the power plant,so as to determine the best optimized layout.For the fans in the auxiliary equipment,the difference between the single row arrangement and the double row arrangement of the primary fan,the secondary fan and the induced draft fan are mainly studied,analyzed and studied the layout,investment,reliability,etc.,and finally selected the best method for the dual-row layout of the primary fan and the secondary fan,and the single-row layout of the induced draft fan;The water pump system in the auxiliary machine chooses the best solution of a domestic steam pump with a capacity of 1×100%.Through the analysis of the optimized configuration of the main plant and auxiliary equipment,under the premise of ensuring the safe operation of the power plant,the cost of the entire project was effectively reduced,resulting in better social production benefits,provided a good reference for the optimal configuration of large-scale supercritical circulating fluidized bed boiler unit plant and auxiliary equipment.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter discusses the advantages of circulating fluidized bed technology,such as environmental protection and economy,and introduces the background,research purpose and significance of this topic as well as the research status at home and abroad.The second chapter introduces the main equipment of Datun Thermal Power Plant,such as boiler,turbine,generator and main transformer.The third chapter analyzes and studies the characteristics of the project design,the general plane planning and layout optimization,analyzes the key points and difficulties of the project,and explains the main design characteristics and optimization results of the project;Focusing on the layout optimization of the main workshop,this paper analyzes the main principles of the design of the main workshop,the current situation of the layout of the 300 MW unit,the necessity of the optimization of the main workshop,and the modular design of the main workshop and the main workshop layout of this project.The fourth chapter analyzes and studies the type selection of the feed water pump,investigates the configuration of the feed water pump of all levels of domestic units,and analyzes the configuration scheme of the steam driven feed water pump of this project from three aspects of “investment comparison”,“economic comparison” and “operation reliability analysis”.The fifth chapter analyzes and studies the single and double row configuration of boiler auxiliaries,and compares and analyzes the reliability,safety and economy of single row and double row configuration.The sixth chapter draws a conclusion about the optimal configuration scheme of main workshop and auxiliary machinery in Datun Thermal Power Plant.After optimization,the main workshop of Datun Thermal Power Plant occupies a smaller area,has a higher utilization rate of space resources,clear zoning of functions,better maintenance and transportation conditions,the main workshop volume is reduced by 7541 cubic meters,saving investment of 4.4 million yuan;Circulating water pump house adopts open-air layout,saving civil construction cost of about 2.78 million yuan;Steam pump and electric pump of the original design of investment estimates for 29.92 million yuan,after design optimization,civil construction and equipment saving 7.69 million yuan. |
