| The designing calculation of circulating fluidized bed boiler(CFBB) is include:heat calculation,aerodynamic analysis,hydrodynamic calculation,computation of wall temperature and so on, because this calculations are play an important role when designing and reconstructing a CFBB. But most of parameters are involved in the calculating, more and more researchers begin to use computer to do it, which will greatly improve the accuracy and efficiency of calculation. This paper use of the software Delphi7.0 to develop a new design and check program for heat calculating of CFBB is designed. Applying this program, the author has calculated two different capacity boilers, which is 130t/h and 180t/h CFBB, and the results showed that it had a certain engineering practicability. Finally, making the heat calculation with the help of this program in terms of regular layout scheme as well as referring scheme for the superheating system of CFBB, after which, quantitatively analyzing of the results, and get the optimized layout scheme of the CFB boiler's superheating system. |
