The combustion technology of circulating fluidized bed boiler is a kind of clean coal combustion technology, has wide fuel adaptability, strong adaptability of coal, high desulfurization efficiency, low NOx emissions etc., has been more and more widely used at home and abroad, and continuously to the capacity parameter, higher and bigger development.This paper takes 300MW Jing hai power plant circulating fluidized bed boiler as the research object, combined with practical problems, analysis of the factors influencing the economic operation of 300MW CFB boiler, and to study the influence on coal consumption, the calculation model of power coal consumption rate changes caused by the change of main operation parameters were determined. Cold starting process of circulating fluidized bed boiler is a very complicated process, in the starting process, how to avoid the explosion of pulverized coal, how to save the oil, how to grasp and control the nodes, etc., this paper studied in detail. In the boiler operation, due to the exception of the device, inevitably there will be abnormal phenomenon and the occurrence of the accident, how to prevent and deal with, this paper carried out a detailed study, and gives the corresponding technical measures.
