With China’s coastal cities into a new stage of development with high quality,in order to adapt to the realistic need,which the regional economic development and industrial transformation and upgrading,urban underground space as to broaden the precious resource of urban development space,enhance the quality of city,and get development and effective utilization on a large scale,and thus bring a lot of deep foundation pit engineering have begun to emerge in the reclaiming land from the sea area of the original,In order to balance the contradiction between the sustainable development of coastal cities and the shortage of construction land.But because the engineering reclamation area has poor soil properties,design is difficult and uncertain influencing factors etc.,more easy to produce deformation of supporting structure increases,the surroundings and the adverse effects such as damage to underground pipeline,light,delaying or cause structural failure or collapse,the reclamation area deep foundation pit supporting structure design is scientific and theoretical put forward the urgent demand.Therefore,this paper takes“Deep Foundation Pit Project of the Reclamation Section of Mawan Cross-sea Channel,the First Cross-sea Tunnel in Shenzhen” as the research object,and conducts the following studies on the optimization design of the supporting structure of deep foundation pit in the reclamation area:First of all,through multiple channels,multi-angle research extensively deep foundation pit supporting structure optimization design of the related literature at home and abroad,after systematic analysis of the deep foundation pit supporting project development process,the research status of supporting structure optimization design and the present situation of the application of BIM technology in deep foundation pit engineering,this paper discusses the deep foundation pit supporting structure design and optimization of related theory,and the connotation of parameterized design concept and supporting software has carried on the comparison and analysis.Secondly,based on the analysis of the general situation,geological and hydrological conditions and construction difficulties of Shenzhen Mawan cross-sea passage project,the application value of BIM technology in this project is deeply explored from two aspects of environmental applicability and technical applicability.Taking the construction of supporting pile family library as an example,the parameterized modeling process of supporting structure BIM family library is analyzed in detail.By integrating the vertical support structure model and the internal support system model,the overall BIM model of the support structure is constructed,which lays the model foundation for the subsequent design modification.Thirdly,according to the basic principles and overall ideas of the optimization design of the supporting structure,the optimization variables,objective function and constraint conditions are analyzed in detail.Based on the mathematical model of the optimization problem,the optimization design model is established,and the solving steps are specifically designed based on genetic algorithm and Matlab.With the help of Lizheng deep foundation pit supporting software,the structural internal force analysis and overall stability checking of the optimized design parameters are carried out,and it is found that the optimized parameters not only reduce the project cost,but also reduce the bending moment value of the supporting structure.Finally,in order to ensure the safe implementation of the parameters after the optimization design of deep foundation pit under complex conditions,the specific content and core work of the project’s BIM technology-based deep foundation pit monitoring information management are discussed from two aspects: the design of information monitoring scheme and the application of information monitoring management system.The research shows that,in the reclamation area,the use of BIM technology and genetic algorithm theory to optimize the design and monitoring management of the supporting structure is conducive to improve the efficiency of project management and the level of project information,which has a reference significance for the future similar projects with high quality construction.
