Coastal area is suitable for human habitation and development of the economy because of the superior natural condition and the convenient traffic condition. Coastal cities develop rapidly in recent years, which greatly reducing the available space in the city and the land of reclamation stretched the land source of coastal cities largely. Surrounding environment of reclamation area is complex and its geological conditions is unique. The excavation technology in reclamation has a certain characteristics.The latest excavation technology of many foundation pit in Shenzhen reclamation area is investigated tin this thesis. Focused on Huarun Qianhai foundation pit engineering, the thesis has done the numerical simulation research based on ANSYS modeling and FLAC3D calculating. The main research contents include numerical simulation research of foundation pit supporting effect and the influence of foundation pit engineering on the surrounding metro tunnel. We can draw the conclusion as following by the research contents:(1) The excavation practice in Shenzhen reclamation area faces bad geological and complex surrounding environment conditions and with many difficulties; Soldier piles is a common method in reclamation area, and the anchor-soldier piles is the most used. With the development of the city, the reclamation construction environment becomes even more complicated, and uses of strut-soldier piles and soldier piles mixed strut and anchor which impact the environment less increases. Reclamation area has lots of deep excavations, and the segmentation of foundation pit supporting is a common method already, which have certain of economy. A lot of new type technology of excavations has been widely applied in reclamation area, such as all kinds of new anchor technology, weighing retaining wall technology and the superfine cement grouting technique, etc.(2) The numerical simulation results are basically in accordance with the actual, it shows that the result of the numerical simulation technology by ANSYS modeling combined with FLAC3D calculation gives a certain guide role to foundation pit support engineering.(3) The results of numerical simulation and field monitoring results consistently show that:the segmentation of foundation pit supporting has certain economical and scientific. And the supporting effect is safe and reliable, which is worthy of promotion; Geological conditions of reclamation are complex and foundation pit excavation has certain influence on the surrounding environment.
