“Where ordinary people live,they all live in houses.” Comfortable and harmonious living environment and living conditions have always been the main pursuit of people’s happy life.As is known to all,the housing construction process not only has a great pollution to the environment,but also needs to use a lot of energy in its use stage,which causes environmental damage.China has always advocated a green and low-carbon development path,and in September 2020,the country proposed a carbon-neutral target.Due to the lack of awareness of green energy conservation and professional knowledge of construction,the quality of houses built by the villagers is low.In addition,as the living standard of rural residents approaches urbanization,the frequency of use of various kinds of equipment in daily life increases,resulting in the rise of energy consumption of equipment in residential buildings and the rise of residential carbon emissions for two reasons.It is self-evident that this is contrary to the green and low-carbon development implemented in China,and rural residential buildings also need to be designed to reduce carbon.The research object of this paper is the most common building type--residence.Through extensive investigation of the new rural housing in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area,a prototype of its current situation was established to explore the low-carbon dilemma and find the residential design strategy aimed at reducing carbon,so as to design a universal prototype of carbon-reducing housing.The specific research contents include:1.Analyze the characteristics of the natural environment and the construction of new countryside in this region,as well as the economic and living conditions of residents,and preliminarily look for the carbon reduction design strategy of rural housing suitable for this region by means of energy-saving software simulation.2.Conduct a comprehensive survey on the residential features in this area,including the spatial form,residential functions,architectural details and energy utilization,etc.Based on the analysis of housing type,the current situation prototype is established,including the current situation prototype of space form,residential function and architectural details.3.The calculation of the rural residential status of prototype carbon emissions,and transverse comparison and analysis,the carbon reduction target and establish the region according to the design principles,design strategy at energy conservation from passive,with active technology,to reduce the building materials production and residential operation phase of carbon emissions as the goal,put forward the design strategy,looking for a universal regional residential prototype.4.In this study,the carbon emission coefficient is mainly used to calculate the carbon emission,and the building energy consumption simulation software De ST-H is used to calculate the energy used by the equipment in the residence,so as to verify the effectiveness of the strategy.The data analyzed in this paper has strong objectivity,and can fully reflect the controllability of architectural design process to building carbon emissions.5.To establish the generality of the carbon reduction of residential prototype,according to the local new rural industry and the new changes of the household type,put forward the rural residential composite function forms,the function of the prototype for carbon reduction housing extensions and group layout mode,make carbon reduction residential prototype meet local more new demand of different types of resident population.Through the analysis of the new rural housing in Changzhutan area,the author hopes to design a carbon reduction housing prototype with universality,regional satisfaction,low carbon and economic feasibility in an open way.It is hoped that this paper can provide reference for the newly built rural housing or the newly built rural community housing under unified construction,and contribute to the new rural construction and the low-carbon development of our country.
