| Dormitory buildings not only have the largest proportion of building area and the highest energy consumption in university buildings,but also are one of the most important buildings for college students to use for the longest time.Its high density,high energy consumption,low comfort and other disadvantages cause a large amount of capital and energy waste while directly affecting the quality of life among college students.Therefore,the study on the physical environment of college dormitory buildings is vital to improve the living comfort and promote the construction of low-carbon energy-saving and smart campuses.In order to improve the living comfort of university dormitories located in hot summer and cold winter areas under natural ventilation and lighting conditions in summer,this paper makes an in-depth study on the diagnosis and treatment of the summer photothermal environment of university dormitory buildings in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan region by means of literature review,field research,physical environment data measurement and computer software simulation.1.Summarizes the characteristics of university dormitory buildings in Chang-Zhu-Tan region,carries out field research on the current situation of university dormitory in Chang-Zhu-Tan region,based on the predicted adaptive average thermal sensation index(a PMV)and indoor illumination value,carries out a diagnostic evaluation on the measured data of light and thermal environment of typical cases of university dormitory.2.Systematically combines the BIM software of physical environment simulation analysis at home and abroad and the relevant standard provisions on light and thermal environment evaluation of residential buildings in China,combined with the actual situation of typical case buildings,a set of light and thermal environment simulation diagnosis and evaluation process based on BIM technology is developed.3.On the basis of the measured and simulated diagnosis and evaluation,the diagnosis and treatment strategies are put forward from the aspects of the enclosure structure,the size of the door and window profile and the ventilation and lighting port,the open ratio,the lighting form and the selection of the glass material in the light and thermal environment of the typical case building,and the effectiveness of the diagnosis and treatment strategy is simulated and evaluated to verify its feasibility.The diagnosis and treatment strategies of summer photothermal environments in university dormitories in this region were summarized.Aiming at exploring the potential of optimizing and improving the comfort of university dormitories in Chang-Zhu-Tan region,and this thesis provides a basis and reference for the subsequent study and evaluation of light and thermal environment diagnosis and treatment of university dormitory buildings in hot summer and cold winter areas,as well as the enrichment and improvement of light,thermal environment and other physical environment diagnosis and treatment methods in this region. |
