On Integration Biological Strategy Of Residential Building Engineering

Recently, the conflict between human activity and natural environment results in the depravation of natural environment and human residence environment, which makes people re-examine the relationships between mankind and nature, architecture and natural environment. With the birth of concept of sustainable development, architects begin to put into consideration of how to erase influence of architectures on energy and environment fundamentally and thoroughly. Ecological architecture appears in this kind of background.This article, on the basis of analysis and conclusion of ecological strategy and its appliance of both domestic and foreign architectural engineering, discusses further ecological strategy and its appliance with the exemplification of district of Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan, then put forward the new model of integrated ecological strategy and engineering. In the appliance of this new model in a realistic engineering project, there are, at least, some experience to be shared:Theoretical part: the article brings forward the new approach to integrated ecological strategy. On the basis of a deep study, this article analyses and discusses further the basic strategy of ecological strategy, namely, the strategy of energy conservation from the perspective of technology, mankind and environmental protection; landscape ecological strategy with indoor and outdoor room of constructed entities as platform; humanistic ecological strategy with the conformity to both humanization and the protection, succession of cultural environment. The combination of these three strategies forms a system of integrated ecological strategy in terms of residence engineering.Practical part: the article puts forward a new applied model of applying integrated ecological strategy in the whole process of engineering. From the phase of investigation of residence engineering, then the phase of project engineering, finally to the phase of evaluation, optimization and fulfillment, this article keeps integrated ecological strategy as its central point and constantly optimizes and perfects the system of integrated ecological strategy from the very beginning to the end, its final aim is to push ecological technology and ecological residence forward from the perspective of engineering.The article combines integrated ecological strategy and engineering together and launches a deep research on the residential ecological engineering of a specific-climate district and then forms a new applied model of integrated ecological strategy which enjoys a general and instructive significance on ecological engineering. All of this, to some extent, is magnificent both theoretically and practically.
