Abstract/Summary:
The expressway tunnel of our country has been basically completed.The tunnel operation and management has changed from the original high-speed construction development to highquality development.The rising cost of electric energy service has become an increasingly important issue for tunnel operation and management units.Under the premise of ensuring the traffic safety in the tunnel,how to reduce the tunnel lighting power consumption has become a research topic of many experts.Today’s mainstream tunnel lighting energy saving methods are divided into three kinds: lighting lamps are replaced by high-pressure sodium lamps with low power consumption,lighting control circuit switch closing optimization and lighting control system optimization This dissertation mainly studies the optimization of tunnel lighting control method(fuzzy neural network learning algorithm)to achieve the purpose of tunnel lighting energy saving.The main factors that affect the lighting system in the tunnel are: the brightness outside the tunnel,the speed and the traffic flow.These three factors change with time,and they are different all the time,but they are similar to each other to a great extent.It is difficult to establish an accurate model for control,so the fuzzy neural network algorithm which is good at dealing with complex nonlinear problems is introduced.Through the establishment of fuzzy control table,training,verification and testing are carried out on the collected historical data training set.Observe three input parameters of the tunnel lighting system at a certain time,predict the switch state of the lighting circuit at the current time through the results of fuzzy neural network training,and use the output results as the basis of PWM module adjustment,so as to realize the automatic adjustment of the tunnel lighting system with the influence parameters such as traffic flow,and finally achieve the purpose of energy saving.Finally,a complete set of control scheme is completed,including the design of remote monitoring hardware system based on i.mx6 q development board,PWM module,PLC and tunnel lighting circuit.Complete the remote monitoring platform RTU design,through continuous testing and modification,based on I.mx6 q development board of remote monitoring hardware system design work to meet the system program implementation function.Finally,the energy consumption of the lighting system before and after the application of the system is compared,and the problems to be solved in the next step are analyzed.
