With the rapid development of highway traffic in our country,the number of highway tunnels has increased dramatically.Thus,it has brought many social problems,such as traffic safety and operating cost.At present,most of the tunnel lighting control methods including manual control and sequential control,it can't meet the demand of the traffic safety and reduce energy consumption.In order to realize the safety and energy saving,according to the tunnel lighting requirements this paper designed the dimming controller of intelligent control,It can be achieve the purpose of energy saving on the basis of improving traffic safety.In view of the existing problems of safety and energy saving of the highway tunnel at present.The dimmer controller design mainly from the following aspects :(1)According to the characteristics of the existing highway tunnel,combined with the visual characteristics of the LED tunnel lighting,analyses factors that affect the quality of tunnel lighting,and then to determine the overall framework of the tunnel lighting intelligent control system.(2)Based on the code for design of highway tunnel ventilation and lighting installation,setting the tunnel lighting lamps and lanterns and brightness calculation,judging the rationality of lighting installation,taking the brightness calculation results as control strategy;(3)In view of the shortcomings of the existing tunnel lighting system,using sensor and control technology,combined with the tunnel needs brightness to established fuzzy neural network model,using MATLAB fuzzy control+ neural network toolbox platform to complete the study of simulation;(4)The stepless dimming controller based on PWM wave technology,the main design includes: EMI filter circuit,power selection,ATMEGA16 A core control module,PWM control constant current module,communication network overall layout and repeater design,Based on the above design component physical model experiment.Take the Ridge Tunnel as an example in my paper,Based on the calculation results,design a fuzzy neural network control model,combined the actual input parameters of sensor,get the reasonable brightness output values.Research by simulation and experiment results show that the intelligent dimmer can solve the problem of safety and energy saving,can reduce thetraffic accident rate and achieve on-demand lighting.The results of the study are also provide a reference method for tunnel lighting and energy problems and there is huge value for generalization.
