The grounding grid is an indispensable part of the power system,and it plays a key role in the stable operation of the power system.The grounding grid in our country is buried in the ground all year round,so it is prone to corrosion and fracture,which causes its performance to decline and even causes accidents.Therefore,improving the efficiency of grounding grid corrosion detection and predicting the corrosion rate will help us discover and solve the problems in the grounding grid in time.At present,the corrosion detection methods of grounding grids still need to be improved,and the methods of corrosion prediction are even rarer.Therefore,we need to improve the grounding grid detection and prediction methods and develop an intelligent device,which has instructive significance for ensuring the safe operation of the grounding grid.This paper analyzes the existing detection methods and summarizes their advantages and disadvantages,and finally selects a grounding grid corrosion detection method based on electrochemical principles.By analyzing the interference signal in the detection process,a non-scent particle filter algorithm fused with short-time Fourier transform is proposed for filtering.Among them,the short-time Fourier transform is used to filter out electromagnetic interference signals,and the unscented particle filter algorithm is used to filter out Gaussian white noise,which can filter out the noise signal in the detection signal to the greatest extent and ensure the accuracy of the detection result.Predicting corrosion rate of the grounding grid can grasp the corrosion status of the grounding grid in advance,but the research on the grounding grid prediction is at the preliminary stage of research.The corrosion rate data is non-linear and the sample size is small.Therefore,this paper chooses the whale algorithm with good optimization performance and few parameters to optimize the least squares support vector machine,and establishes an optimized prediction model.But the initial population of the whale algorithm affects its optimization efficiency.Considering that chaotic mapping can produce populations with better diversity and higher adaptability,this paper uses chaotic mapping to improve the whale algorithm and obtain the final prediction model.The calculation example analysis verifies the accuracy of the prediction model,which provides a basis for corrosion rate analysis and grounding grid maintenance.The existing grounding grid detection method cannot measure all parameters at once and cannot make predictions.Therefore,based on the development of the device,this article uses a software program to improve the detection function,which realizes the function of measuring all parameters at one time,and realizes the prediction function of the device.According to the requirements of software development,the software is divided into communication protocol module,communication module,data processing module and human-computer interaction module and developed into modules.Thus,the improvement of the device and the control of the hardware circuit are realized,and the corrosion detection and prediction work of the grounding grid is completed.
