Grounding grid is widely used in power generation and substation,which provides an important guarantee for the safe and stable operation of power system.Due to the harsh working environment of the grounding grid and the high probability of corrosion,it is necessary to detect and predict the corrosion state of the grou nding grid.However,there is a lack of methods to detect the corrosion state of the grounding grid at present,and the research on the prediction of the corrosion state of the grounding grid has just started.Therefore,seeking a suitable method for monitoring the corrosion state of the grounding grid and developing a monitoring device to provide effective tools for the maintenance of the grounding grid is the main research direction in the future.In this paper,wavelet transform combined with adaptive Ka lman filter algorithm is proposed,and it is combined with constant current detection method to detect the corrosion state of the grounding grid.Firstly,the constant current detection method is used to detect the relevant state parameters of the grounding grid,and then the wavelet transform combined with adaptive Kalman filter algorithm is used to de-noise the measurement results,and finally the detection results are obtained.The simulation results show that this method has the advantages of fast detection speed and high detection accuracy.At the same time,considering the characteristics of less available sample data and nonlinearity in the prediction of the corrosion state of the grounding grid,this paper proposes a prediction model combining g ray wolf algorithm optimization least square support vector machine and error correction to predict the corrosion state of the grounding grid.This method first uses the gray wolf algorithm to optimize the least squares support vector machine to determine the optimal kernel function and penalty coefficient,and then uses the optimized algorithm to predict the relevant state parameters of the grounding grid.Finally,the prediction results are substituted into the error correction model to further modify the prediction results and make them more authentic.Based on the above theoretical research,this paper designs the hardware circuit of the monitoring device,and connects it with the Android platform machine through the MAX232 module to form a fully functio nal monitoring device.The hardware circuit system uses STC8A8 K MCU as the CPU,and develops the corresponding peripheral circuit according to related requirements,and uses the C language to write the relevant program of the single-chip microcomputer to realize the measurement function of each circuit.The grounding grid corrosion monitoring device developed in this paper has passed relevant tests and has been put into engineering applications.The test results prove the accuracy of the monitoring results of the device and the feasibility of related methods,and provide a reliable and efficient monitoring tool for the maintenance and operation of the grounding grid.
