| As the most representative,valuable and connotative area in the ancient city,the historical area is an important cultural heritage of the city.With the call of the state that the social governance center should be carried out in the community,Quanzhou city adopts the renewal mode of "micro renewal" based on the user’s perspective in the project of "urban double repair" ancient city renewal and protection,which is not only a new opportunity,but also a new challenge for the protection and renewal of the historical blocks and areas of Quanzhou ancient city.In view of the advanced theoretical system and experience of developed countries,Post Occupancy Evaluation(POE)is based on the needs and psychology of users to assess the built space or environment,which is the only way to continuously promote the renewal of historical areas.Based on quantitative data,it can ensure the continuous renewal and protection is more suitable for the demands of users in the region.Based on the theory of micro renewal and Post Occupancy Evaluation(POE),this paper summarizes the key points of Post Occupancy Evaluation(POE)for the historical area after micro renewal and reconstruction,and constructs the post use evaluation model of Jinyu Lane in Quanzhou City after micro renewal by Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).And through field research,questionnaire survey,in-depth interviews and other methods,from qualitative and quantitative aspects,the paper studies the overall application and use of Jinyu Lane in the front section of Quanzhou after micro update.And through the fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process to calculate the recovered and quantifiable data,to grade the use of Jinyu lane after the micro update,combined with the relevant field research and interviews to summarize the overall situation of the current operation and development of Jinyu lane,as well as its advantages and disadvantages.Finally,this study refers to the excellent practice cases at home and abroad,aiming at the problems found in the empirical research,combined with the national call for the social governance center to carry out community-based development,from the user’s three demands on the overall space environment,business activation,community governance issues,respectively put forward corresponding optimization suggestions,which mainly include: the property right is public property The activation of the right building space is the catalyst to drive the renewal of traditional buildings,the adjustment and flexibility of rigid rules and regulations,the gradual commercial layout planning,and the active exploration of diversified community co governance mode.It is emphasized that the development of historical blocks and historical areas should be based on the needs of users in the area and respect for local historical culture and traditional folk customs.So as to provide a reference for the subsequent protection and renewal of historical areas. |
