Research On The Use Evaluation Of Neighborhood-level Public Space In Ziwei Village And Its Design Strategy

The article is a continuation of the existing research by the research team on the "village public space system".The research object of this article "neighborhood public space" belongs to the village public space system and has been the focus of research in recent years.The neighborhood-level public space of the village plays an important role in meeting daily use needs,promoting the transformation of the village,and realizing the revitalization of the village.Existing studies mostly focus on large-scale public spaces in villages.There are few discussions on small and micro neighborhood-level public spaces that are closely related to villagers’ lives,and there are few discussions on the evaluation of actual use after the construction of the village,resulting in designers and users There is a big gap in the perception of neighborhood-level public space.This paper is based on the Ziwei Village neighborhood-level public space completed by the research team in 2017,and uses post-use evaluation methods to construct the Ziwei Village neighborhood-level public space evaluation system from various dimensions,and matches the needs and use behaviors of the Ziwei Village neighborhood-level public space.,Space node evaluation;discuss the sensitive factors of the spontaneous gathering activities in the neighborhood-level public space of Ziwei Village,and use this as a basis to summarize the design strategy of the neighborhood-level public space,and improve the original village public space system guidance and control theory and method,so that It is more convincing and promotional value.The thesis is divided into five chapters: Chapter One explains the research background,clarifies the purpose and significance of the research,defines the research objects and content,proposes the necessity of village neighborhood-level public space evaluation,and makes a basic foundation of related concepts and literature.theoretical research.The second chapter is a related analysis of the public space of Ziwei Village,mainly including the basic overview and evolution of Ziwei Village,the types and use of public spaces,and starting from the hierarchical characteristics of public space and the needs of users,it discusses the neighborhood-level public of Ziwei Village.The problems with space development: the needs and functions are not completely matched,the spontaneous activities do not appear obvious gathering,and the existing space use experience is average.The third chapter is based on summarizing the problems of the neighborhood-level public space in Ziwei Village,and tries to use the literature collation method,the preset index method,the Delphi method and the hierarchy from the three aspects of the matching degree of space demand and the status quo,use behavior,and space nodes.The method of combining analysis methods is used to construct a neighborhood-level public space evaluation system of Ziwei Village,and set scoring standards and grades.Chapter 4 evaluates and analyzes the samples of the neighborhood-level public space in Ziwei Village.Through the comparative analysis of usage behavior and space nodes,it explores the sensitive factors that affect the differences of each space,summarizes the common characteristics of various spaces,and discusses different cognitions.The relationship between the main body and the neighborhood-level public space,and the optimized design of the neighborhood-level public space in Ziwei Village,provides a basis for the final conclusion.Chapter 5 summarizes the influencing factors of neighborhood-level public space from neighborhood-level and village-level associations,cognitive differences,and different space types based on the analysis of the evaluation results of the neighborhood-level public space in Ziwei Village,and explores the design strategies of neighborhood-level public space in the village.
