With the national reform and development requirements of internationalization,large–scale,intensification and greening of the chemical industry,the development mode of chemical industrial park,which is convenient for planning and management,high concentration and high efficiency,has been developing rapidly.However,with the increasing number of chemical industrial parks,due to the hazards of chemical production itself and the uneven safety management ability of chemical enterprises,the explosion accidents in chemical industrial parks in China occur frequently,which brings great security risks to China’s society and economy.The chemical industrial park is mainly composed of all kinds of buildings.Once the buildings in the park are in the resource environment which is easy to burn and explode,they will face a serious risk of explosion injury,so whether in building structure design and safety risk management are to consider the antiknock safety performance,to ensure the safety of chemical industrial park building structure of antiknock performance is of vital significance for the safety management of the entire park.However,at present,the safety risk management of chemical building anti–explosion is still to be improved in China,and the research results are few.Therefore,the research on structural safety risk management in chemical industrial park is of great value to the society.Based on the analysis and review the domestic and foreign chemical industrial park building antiknock safety and risk management in the field of research,on the basis of using the related risk management method for chemical industrial park building structure anti–explosion security risks,which can identify the potential risk factors and through the establishment of quantificating FWSVR risk assessment model for risk analysis and evaluation,and puts forward relevant risk control measures and Suggestions,in this paper,the main research work include:(1)This paper introduces the anti–explosion theory of building structure in detail,and establishes the anti–explosion fortification goal and grade of building structure in chemical industrial park;This paper expounds the basic theory of risk management,and analyzes the risk management theory of building structure in chemical industrial park according to the safety characteristics of building structure in chemical industrial park.(2)On the basis of literature research,combined with the field investigation data of the explosion zone and the Delphi method,identify the anti–explosion safety risk factors of the building structure in the chemical industrial zone,and establish the list of safety risk factors.(3)Establish the explosion–proof safety risk evaluation index system based on the list of risk factors of chemical industrial parks,and establish the risk level according to the explosion–proof level standards of relevant chemical industrial parks;Then,the safety risk of building structure in chemical industrial park was evaluated,and the weight of index was determined by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP).Then,the weight of index was introduced into the kernel function of support vector regression(SVR),and the FAHP– feature weighted support vector regression(FWSVR)model was formed for risk assessment to establish the risk level.(4)Take the building of A,B and C in the explosion of A chemical industrial park as an example.The above FAHP–FWSVR risk assessment model was used to comprehensively evaluate its risks,and the effectiveness and feasibility of the evaluation model established in this paper were verified by comparing the evaluation results of several methods.(5)Finally,the relevant theories and methods of risk management and control are described,and the principles of risk management and control of chemical industrial park building structure anti–explosion safety are obtained,And give certain risk management measures and suggestions.
