Construction industrialization is a new trend in the development of today’s construction industry,which is characterized by the implementation of standardized design,industrial production,mechanized construction and information management during the construction process.The development of building industrialization has promoted the development of prefabricated structures and the research and application of prefabricated structures has increased day by day.At present,the deepening design of prefabricated structures still uses traditional two-dimensional CAD drawings,which has problems such as low design efficiency,poor accuracy,and poor information relevance.It is difficult to meet the requirements of high precision,high coordination,and low fault tolerance in the deepening design stage.In order to solve the above problems,this paper analyzes the characteristics of fabricated structure and WebGL technology,combines WebGL technology with fabricated structure,proposes a new method of fabricated structure design based on WebGL,and focuses on the parametric design of fabricated components based on WebGL.Key technologies such as the realization of mechanical performance analysis of fabricated component nodes,and the development of a WebGL-based structural deepening design platform.The main research work and results of this paper are as follows:(1)By analyzing the design standards and design methods of prefabricated structures,and according to the prefabricated specifications and atlases,a WebGL-based prefabricated structure design method is proposed,focusing on prefabricated columns,laminated slabs,laminated beams,and grouting sleeves.Parametric models and parametric interactive design methods of basic components such as barrels,keyways,and rings.Using Three.js engine and front-end and back-end development,design and realize the storage architecture of server-side component data information,and realize the deep design of assembly-type component based on Web.(2)Based on the analysis of the assembly-type typical nodes and the overall structural mechanical performance,the ANSYS parameterized design language and Node.js technology are used to realize the assembly-type structure data-driven modeling technology,and the front-end ANSYS parameterized interactive modeling,ANSYS server-side control and front-end are studied.View the method of ANSYS post-processing results.Through the development of front-end and back-end technology,the analysis of mechanical properties of fabricated structures based on the Web is realized.(3)In order to meet the in-depth design requirements of prefabricated structures and solve the shortcomings of traditional design software,we study the parameterized modeling of prefabricated structures based on the Web,the split design of prefabricated components,the design of component reinforcement,the design of collisions,and the prefabricated design.Analysis of structural mechanical properties and deepening of the method of designing drawings.A web-based assembly structure deepening design platform was developed.
