The structure of the rod-type rotor as a cutting-edge science,has now been more and more experts and scholars to study the development of China’s gas turbine late,the relevant technology is still relatively backward,to achieve the parametric modeling of the rod rotor and Research and development,for enhancing the comprehensive national strength is of great significance.In this paper,we first model the individual parts of the rotor,and then the whole model is assembled,the model is different from the entity,but also to ensure its mechanical analysis.As the structure of the rotor itself is very complicated,it becomes very difficult in parametric modeling and optimization design,and the time is limited.Therefore,the parameters and optimization of the simplified rod rotor are analyzed in this paper.In the traditional analysis,engineering and technical personnel often need to be calculated according to the different parts of the structure to achieve the strength and stiffness requirements,so that both a waste of time,may also lead to errors in the calculation results,time-consuming and laborious.With the development of finite element technology,it can ensure the accuracy of parts under the premise of its numerical simulation and optimization.In this paper,the use of APDL and Visual C ++ nested way,the development of the ladder axis ANSYS analysis to meet the different levels of personnel on the rotor design requirements.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)To simplify the model for the structural characteristics of different rod-type rotor systems,to achieve the creation of three-dimensional model,and to provide the relevant parameters for the optimization design of the next rod.(2)Using the function of Visual C ++ software to design the parametric modeling and analysis platform of the rod rotor.(3)Users only need to enter the appropriate parameters,you can achieve automatic modeling,analysis and production results,to achieve automation.In the platform to form a different numerical analysis type module and can achieve the visualization of the image processing functions.In the environment of secondary development of ANSYS software in Visual C ++,through the combination of software APDL language,the parametric modeling and numerical analysis platform and system of rotor are realized.By selecting the key parameters such as the length of the shaft diameter and the thickness and radius,the system can complete the establishment of different models,and then divide the grid and set the boundary conditions.Finally,according to the actual transmission situation in the static interface and Modal analysis interface input load torque and other constraints,the static analysis of the rotor,modal analysis,and finally can be calculated to obtain the physical quantity of visual processing.
