Light hydrocarbons are by-products produced during the extraction and purification of resources such as petroleum,also known as naphtha,and the main component is C5.The light hydrocarbon fuel can be transported by tanker to the gas station for storage,after the process of gas production,air mixing and transmission and distribution,the mixed light hydrocarbon fuel is burned for use.This paper takes the design and operation of a mixed-air light hydrocarbon gas station as the main idea.The research content includes light hydrocarbon feedstock component detection and characteristic parameter calculation,gas station design,operation performance test and technical and economic analysis.First,determine the characteristic parameters of the light hydrocarbon fuel,and use a gas chromatograph to detect the components of a light hydrocarbon fuel sample.It is obtained that the sample contains four alkanes,of which C5 accounts for 83.9%,and then the light hydrocarbon fuel under standard atmospheric pressure is obtained.The low heating value is 141.4056MJ/m~3,the explosion limit is 1.38%-8.39%;when the mixed air ratio is 1:3,the low heating value is 35.353MJ/m~3,and the dew point temperature is-4.42℃;when the mixed air ratio is 1:4,Low calorific value 28.282MJ/m~3,dew point temperature-8.16℃.Therefore,the mixed air ratio control range adopted in the design of the gas station is between 1:3 and 1:4 to meet the gas supply demand.Secondly,the design of a mixed-air light hydrocarbon gas station in the rural area of Handan is carried out.The local gas load characteristics are analyzed and calculated,and then the gas station design gas consumption is 2.04×105 m~3/year,and the heating season pipeline design maximum flow rate is 108.8 m3 /h.Then design and select the key equipment in the gas station,and put forward relevant construction requirements.Then,in the built mixed-air light hydrocarbon gas station,the operating temperature,flow rate and user-side heating performance of the key links of gas production were tested.The results showed that the control parameters of the gas station fluctuated within the set range during the test.The temperature and light hydrocarbon oil temperature are obviously linear;the maximum flow at the inlet of the gas tank can reach 425m~3/h,and the outlet flow gradually increases to 11m~3/h with the air intake,and then gradually decreases,showing an approximately normal distribution;The mass transfer analysis of the inlet and outlet flow of the gas production tank shows that the maximum gasification rate per unit time is 411m~3/h,and the gasification volume produced in one refilling cycle is 32.13m~3.Assuming uniform gas consumption throughout the day,the actual gasification volume of the gas station is 1542.24 m~3/d,meeting the design air supply capacity of 1372.68m~3/d,the gas station can supply gas stably.The average daily heat supply of light hydrocarbon heating users can reach 120960 k J,and the heating efficiency of wall-hung boilers is 85.54%.Finally,from the perspective of technology and economy,the initial investment of the gas station is 508,000 yuan,the static investment payback period(Pt)is 2.24 years,and the financial net present value(FNPV)achieves the standard requirement of greater than 0 when the third year ends.Gas price is the most sensitive factor that affects the revenue of mixed-air light hydrocarbon gas stations,and the price of incoming oil is the least sensitive.Therefore,gas prices can be appropriately increased or peak-to-valley prices can be implemented according to the gas consumption situation.Comparative analysis of energy saving and environmental protection and gas economy.In summary,it has certain reference value for the formulation of design standards for mixed-air light hydrocarbon gas stations and the promotion and application of gas stations.
