Reserach On Goverment Functions On Eco-city Construction In Quanzhou

The construction of eco-city plays a role as a barrier in the process of rapid urban development and has a direct impact on residents’ living environment.Nowadays,in the aspect of urban construction,many countries in the world have brought ecological city into the construction target system.With the rapid development of economy and society and the continuous improvement of urbanization level,Quanzhou has also accumulated a series of deep-seated contradictions.How to accelerate the construction of ecological city while continuing to promote the scientific and leap-forward development of economy and society has put forward new and higher requirements for the government functions.In this background,this article selects quanzhou city as the research object,the functions of the government of the ecological city construction are summarized as innovation capital channel,build the the Public Goods’ Theory and so on four big functions,through the comparative research and so on,based on the theory of governance theory and so on the functions of the government of quanzhou city ecological city construction system comprehensive study.For the future development of quanzhou municipal party committee municipal government proposed to ecological zone,and communities in a series of natural resource protection and utilization of the space,as a whole as a demonstration project,jinjiang downstream ecological regulation engineering repair ecological landscape,reappearance Hester pomp,to repair the city memory,display minnan craft,such as injection of human history achieved initial results.On the basis of scientific analysis,this paper puts forward some problems,such as the imperfect policy planning,the need to improve the PPP model,the low efficiency of administrative examination and approval,and the lack of project operation talents,in the process of government performance in the renovation project of the lower reaches of Jinjiang River.Finally,it puts forward some suggestions and measures to optimize the performance of government functions.In this paper,Quanzhou should carry out ecological culture propaganda and education,do a good job of ecological city planning and design,innovation of ecological construction management mechanism and other measures to improve the construction of Quanzhou ecological city government functions.
