| Project risk management is one of the core factors and important support to promote the scientific development of human society and economy and ensure the success of engineering and construction projects.As an objective phenomenon existing in the long history of human development,risks are everywhere and everywhere.Facing the increasing pang of project risks nowadays,the standards of mature enterprises for project risk management are becoming more and more strict.Based in Lanzhou New Area Chemical Industry Park,Lanzhou New Area Petrochemical Group is mainly responsible for the development,construction and investment,and financing of the park,and carries out the construction and operation of the infrastructure facilities of the chemical park according to the arrangement and deployment of Lanzhou New Area Management Committee,and centralizes the heat supply within the chemical park by constructing the cogeneration project to ensure the industrial steam and heating heat source demand of the enterprises stationed in the chemical park,to provide the industrial steam and heating heat source demand for the chemical park.This project will provide a strong boost to the investment attraction and enterprise development of the chemical park,and has good economic and social benefits.This paper firstly describes the background and significance of the study and also describes the current situation of risk management research at home and abroad.Then,the theories and analysis methods related to risk management are systematically sorted out.Then,taking the cogeneration project of Lanzhou New Area Petrochemical Group as an example,the 20 risk factors of the cogeneration project were identified using brainstorming and Delphi method,the weights of each of the 20 risk factors were calculated using hierarchical analysis,the possible impacts of the risk factors were evaluated quantitatively using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the corresponding risk response measures were proposed for the links with high-risk impacts based on the evaluation results.The evaluation results provide theoretical support for the successful implementation of CHP projects.Finally,the risk identification,evaluation,and response process of the CHP project are expanded,and a set of project risk management systems applicable to a petrochemical group is proposed to improve the project management level and efficiency of the company. |
