| Scaffold engineering is an important link in the construction project.Fastener type steel pipe scaffold is widely used for its comprehensive advantages of good mechanical properties,flexible erection and good economy.However,there are many problems in design and construction of traditional scaffold engineering,such as low efficiency,high safety risk and difficult cost control,which will cause great economic losses and casualties.Building information modeling(BIM)is based on three-dimensional digital technology,which integrates all kinds of engineering data of construction project related information.In this paper,BIM technology is used to focus on the design and construction stage of fastener steel pipe scaffold engineering,then analyzed the optimization and optimization degree of fastener steel pipe in design and construction stage with the help of BIM technology:Firstly,the list of problems existing in the construction fastener type steel pipe scaffold was summarized through a large number of domestic scholars’ literature research;then,combined with experts’ opinions,extract common problems from problem list;The questions were made into a questionnaire and verified the reliability and effectiveness of the questionnaire,and finally summarized the design,construction,management and personnel of the four categories of 11 fastener steel pipe scaffolding traditional design and construction of the main problems.Secondly,the application flow of scaffolding software based on BIM technology is described in detail,which key steps in the flow of fastener-style steel scaffold design process optimization,to make up for the traditional scaffold design and construction of what deficiencies,the main problems in the traditional design and construction of fastener-style steel pipe scaffold are solved.Finally,according to the above research results,the application advantages of BIM Technology in fastener steel tube scaffold project are verified by actual engineering projects.The comparison of work efficiency between the design and construction of traditional fastener steel tube scaffold and BIM Technology Assisted Design and construction is made.The results show that BIM Technology can solve many problems in safety,progress and cost of fastener steel pipe scaffold under traditional design and construction Question. |
