Research On The Renewal Strategy Of Pocket Park Based On The Improvement Of Disaster Prevention And Risk Avoidance Function

Shanghai has actively carried out the planning and construction of the urban disaster prevention and avoidance green space system.However,due to the shortage of construction land and high population density in the old urban area,the difficulty of carrying out this work in the old urban area has been greatly increased.Pocket Park,as an important public open space in the old city,proposes to improve the disaster prevention and avoidance functions of the existing pocket parks,combine daily functions with disaster functions,improve the construction of the urban disaster prevention and avoidance system,and enhance the comprehensive urban green space value.This article takes Pocket Park as the research object,draws on the existing research results of Pocket Park,and combines it with the planning and design content of urban disaster prevention and avoidance green space,and realizes the disaster prevention and avoidance of Pocket Park from the two aspects of spatial layout and "combination of disaster relief" functions.The feasibility of function enhancement and the updated content are discussed.Furthermore,focusing on the old city of Nanqiao,from the perspective of improving the function of disaster prevention and avoidance,analyze the spatial layout and design status of pocket parks in the area,and propose corresponding renewal strategies,with a view to preventing pocket parks in the old city of Nanqiao.The improvement of disaster avoidance function provides certain theoretical and methodological guidance.At the planning level,it is proposed that the evacuation roads and pocket parks should be planned as a whole to build a pocket park system network with disaster prevention and risk avoidance functions.At the same time,the network should be combined with the construction of disaster prevention communities to realize the emergency avoidance service network in the region.Full coverage.At the design level,from the three perspectives of internal space accessibility,agglomeration,and "combination with disaster relief",it proposes an update strategy for the pocket park space layout,plant planting,and facility configuration to improve the effectiveness of the pocket park’s internal disaster prevention and avoidance.
