Research On The Construction Of Information Barrier-free Environment For The Disabled

The construction and improvement of the information barrier-free service system is an inevitable requirement of the rapid development of the information society and an important condition for all people,including the barrier groups,to have equal,convenient,and fast access to and use of information,reflects the degree of social civilization and progress.This paper analyzes the status of information accessibility in China,including continuous improvement of information accessibility policy system,the continuous promotion of information accessibility standards,government information accessibility plays an important leading role.With the development and progress of the Internet and Internet + government affairs in China,the barrier-free construction of government affairs information at all levels has been promoted continuously,and the barrier-free service system of government affairs information has been improved day by day,it has also led to great progress and development in the construction of information accessibility in other areas of public service,and has created favorable conditions for better integration and participation of groups with barriers in social life.At the same time,there are still some problems in the construction of information barrier-free environment,such as the lack of legal guarantee,the weakness of infrastructure construction,the gap of regional development and the lack of supervision mechanism.Based on the international experience in the construction of information barrier-free service system and the reality of the development of information barrier-free service in China,this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the construction of information barrier-free service system in China,desiring to improve the level of information accessibility services,strengthen the construction of information accessibility laws and regulations,implement the information accessibility standards,enhance the awareness of information accessibility in society,and improve the performance evaluation mechanism and measures for information accessibility,create good conditions for groups with barriers to access and use public service information,enable more people to share the fruits of economic and social development,and enhance people’s sense of attainment,happiness and security.
