| With the development of China’s economy and society,the types of buildings are constantly enriched,and the construction of public buildings is the product of urban development to a certain stage and meets the needs of people’s good life.Public buildings undertake important urban functions such as public transportation,cultural exchange,health and entertainment,and provide convenience for people’s life.However,public buildings have the characteristics of large size and wide distribution,which can gather a large number of people in a short time.During the epidemic,there will be hidden dangers of virus transmission when people gather.In the future,the epidemic will be normalized,and the traditional operation and maintenance management mode of public buildings can no longer meet the needs of operation and maintenance management of public buildings during the epidemic.With the progress of science and technology,using the Internet and information management is a development direction of public building operation and maintenance management at this stage.Using information technology to visually manage the equipment and facilities of public buildings can improve the operation efficiency of public building equipment,enhance the epidemic prevention ability of public buildings,and transform and upgrade the traditional operation and maintenance management mode.Therefore,using BIM integration technology and guided by the practical problems existing in the operation and maintenance management of public buildings during the epidemic,this topic studies the ways to upgrade and transform the operation and maintenance management of public buildings by information technology,so as to improve the epidemic prevention management level of public buildings.The main research contents are as follows.Firstly,analyze the content of public building operation and maintenance management,compare the traditional operation and maintenance management mode with the operation and maintenance management mode based on information technology,and analyze the advantages of information technology in public building operation and maintenance management,so as to prepare for the application of BIM integration technology in public building operation and maintenance management during the epidemic.Secondly,the research on the operation and maintenance management of public buildings during the epidemic period includes the simulation of indoor air distribution and the integrated application of BIM Technology and intelligent equipment.In terms of air flow simulation,according to the relevant provisions of epidemic prevention and control and the design specification requirements of negative pressure isolation ward,through the simulation of indoor air distribution,analyze the indoor air flow of buildings,compare the ventilation effects under different ventilation modes,and conclude that the ventilation mode of upper air supply and lower exhaust has the best effect on indoor air circulation,It provides a theoretical basis for the control of indoor ventilation in public buildings.In the construction of public building equipment operation and maintenance management information system,BIM Technology is integrated with the Internet of things to build a dynamic public building equipment database.The public building equipment operation and maintenance management system based on BIM Technology includes user management system,air conditioning and ventilation management system,water supply and drainage management system,video security monitoring management system and equipment maintenance management system.Finally,through practical engineering cases,conduct empirical research on the application of public building operation and maintenance management during the epidemic,verify the feasibility of information technology in public building operation and maintenance management,and analyze the application effect. |
