| In our country high speed of urbanization and promote the adjustment of industrial structure update within cities.In this context,a large number of industrial heritage which the industrial development has different fate,removed,feature updates,instead it’s used.After practice has accumulated more than twenty years,China’s industrial heritage reuse involved in the transformation of the industrial sector covers a wide range,means recycling also rich and varied,the city level or micro level of industrial heritage reuse of research results,but the research of industrial tourism but few involve grasp.This paper hopes to learn from successful experience,promote strengths and avoid weaknesses through summarizing the development status of industrial tourism at home and abroad.Combined with the current development status and resource advantages of the first iron-works of Benxi Iron and steel company,the author will put forward the means of tourism development,and guide the design according to the research results.This article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part,mainly discusses the background of the topic,the content and significance of the research as well as the related research at home and abroad.The second chapter is the theory part,which introduces the concept,characteristics and development model of industrial heritage and industrial tourism.This paper lists eight cases at home and abroad,and expounds the theories used in the paper.The third chapter is the research and analysis part,which mainly introduces the historical background,current situation,characteristics and value analysis of No.1 Iron plant.This chapter summarizes the opinions of experts on the protection of industrial tourism in No.1Iron plant,and analyzes the value of the protection and reuse.Chapter 4 starts with three modes of ecological restoration,cultural catalysis,and social activation,and puts forward a strategy for the development of industrial tourism in No.1 Iron plant.It conducts research from the aspects of continuation of culture,activation of economy,integration into the city,key protection,and exploration of connotations.Chapter 5 applies the mothed statety summaried the transformation strategy which has been confirmed to the actual design of No.1 Iron plant,and adopts a reasonable way to carry out the industrial tourism transformation design of No.1 Iron plant.In this part,industrial tourism products are preliminarily designed and discussed. |
