| The industrial heritages protection, as an emerging topic, has not established a complete theory system. In this case, every country and region keeps exploring by combining their own condition. In accordance with the concept of sustainable development, the prospective industrial heritage will draw more adequate attention and protection inevitably. I hope this research can contribute to analyzing the characters of those heritages to dig out their recycled value, providing an example for exploring the strategies and approaches to protecting and recycling the industrial heritages.In the process of studying, I extensively collected, read, and organized some recent and worldwide documents concerning the protection and recycling of the industrial heritages; furthermore, I gained an insight into the study trends of industrial heritages, learned some relevant theoretical results,filtrated the domestic and international successful cases in order to conduct in-depth research. By comparison with the cases between theory and practice, I summarized the differences of this topic between domestic and abroad as well as the issues and weaknesses which exist in our protection of industrial heritages. In the end, taken the industrial heritages in ZAOZHUANG as an example, I made further research about the strategies used to protect and recycle the industrial heritages.The study suggests that the recycling and protection of industrial heritages should take full account of those factors including vicinal characters, current situation, locational conditions and so on, should promote native culture conditions and customs, and enhance city’s culture connotation. The reforming of industrial heritages and preservation of the historical characters should be strongly associated with the promotion and completion of the city’s function, should position by combining the integrated planning. The recycling of industrial heritages should be based on protecting the major characteristics of the reformed individual. The realization of the recycling should follow the orientation of completing city’s function, should integrate into the city’s function system. The waste building should be recycled on the premise of integral control. Under this premise, reform, demolish, extend every part, and integrate the reforming of these building, thus emitting the charm of the old industrial building. We should add more new elements appropriately when we recycle the industrial building, maintain appropriate relationship between the new building elements and the old, and make full use of the technique of contrast and echoing to make them more harmonious.The industrial heritages are a great fortune. The author want to do some favor for our country’s industrial heritages protection and reusing through the research. |
