Design And Research Of Automobile Dashboard Based On User Experience

As an important part of automobile interior design,automobile dashboard has the the function of technology and art,which can be said to be the internal representative of the overall style of automobile.Its experience to the user also directly determines the success of automotive product design.From the point of view of user experience,this paper studies the design principle of automobile dashboard,takes the theory of product performance and emotional expression as the guidance,and combines the user experience theory with the physiological and psychological needs of the audience.A design method of automobile dashboard based on user experience is proposed.Then from the point of view of the mechanical properties and structural stability of the product,combined with the possible impact of material aging on the performance of the product,the 10 th order vibration mode of the automobile instrument panel is analyzed from the aspects of shell thickness and elastic modulus of the instrument panel product,and the structure and parameter optimization design of the product is realized by combining the results of steady displacement response and force response analysis.The dashboard design scheme is evaluated by the engineering software and the fuzzy mathematical evaluation method proves that the design scheme can meet the functional and emotional needs of the target product.The present study proves the effectiveness and feasibility of the user-experience-based automotive dashboard design,providing new ideas for the design of other industrial products.This paper has 92 pictures,7 tables and 82 references.
