With the increasing demand of the society for the learning of motor vehicle driving skills,the number of motor vehicle driving training institutions and the number of annual trainees in China have been growing rapidly.However,the quality level of training services for coaches is uneven,which can not effectively guarantee the quality of teaching for coaches.Therefore,it is very necessary to strengthen the management of coaches and establish the evaluation system and method of coaches’ quality and reputation that conform to the development law of driving training industry.It is very important to improve the quality of coaches,standardize the behavior of coaches,safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of driving training institutions,coaches and trainees,It is of great significance to improve the management level of management departments and organizations in driving training industry.Based on the research on the management evaluation system and methods of coaches at home and abroad,according to the evaluation theory of key performance indicators,and according to most factors that affect the quality of coaches’ training service,this paper initially sets up the evaluation index system and content of coaches,including 6 primary evaluation indexes,10 secondary evaluation indexes and 65 tertiary evaluation indexes.By means of questionnaire survey,interview and symposium,the field survey was conducted to understand the recognition degree of the relevant industry personnel to the primary selection indicators.This paper analyzes the research results from three dimensions of driving training industry managers and driving training organization leaders,first-line coaches and trainees,and extensively consults experts in driving training industry,constantly optimizes and determines the evaluation index system,and finally determines the quality and reputation evaluation system of coaches,which includes 6 first-class evaluation indexes,10 second-class evaluation indexes and 34 third-class evaluation indexes.Then the judgment matrix method of AHP is used for reference to design the weight of the first level index,the second level index and the third level index of the examination system,and to design the evaluation implementation method,including the formulation of evaluation grade,evaluation procedure,evaluation management,etc.Finally,through the application of the evaluation system and method of coaches’ quality and reputation developed in this paper,the simulation evaluation of coaches in three driving schools in Shaanxi Province is carried out.The analysis of the evaluation results shows that the evaluation system and method can reflect the real situation of coaches and driving training institutions,have the function of the evaluation of coaches and achieve the goal of the evaluation of driving training institutions,and verify the feasibility and rationality of evaluation index system and method.
