Research On Passenger Train Plan Of The Public Transportation Operation Of Changsha-zhuzhou-xiangtan Intercity Railway

The travel frequency of residents in regional spaces has greatly increased as the development of metropolitan circles and city clusters.Intercity railway has become an significant kind of transportation to meet the needs of passenger flow within the region because of the advantages of high-efficiency,large-capacity,green,safety and comfort.In the context of the continuous growth of passenger flow in the Changsha-ZhuzhouXiangtan intercity passage and the continuous implementation of the Quality Improvement Plan of railway Passenger Transport organization,dynamic adjustment and improvement of the train design based on the market demand of inter-city passenger flow is conducive to improving the competition in the intercity market,the efficiency of railway transportation enterprises,meeting the increasing demand for travel quality of passengers,and it can promote the integrated development of cities and towns along the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan.Firstly,on the basis of domestic and foreign research,the article discusses the basic concepts such as the definition,characteristics and functions of the intercity railway public transportation operation.Then the feasibility of the public transportation operation of the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Intercity Railway is demonstrated from the perspective of passenger flow,equipment and service guarantee conditions.Next it introduces the primary connotation of the train running plan,analyzes the factors affecting the formulation,such as passing capacity of the line section and passenger flow.The travel time of passengers,the efficiency of railway transportation enterprises and the utilization of train capacity are selected as the main evaluation indicators of the train operation plan.On the basis principle of Operating The Train According to Passenger Flow,the train operation plan should also adhere to another four principles of convenience,efficiency,comfort and benefit,and is supposed to be compiled according to the process of passenger flow processing,index calculation and evaluation.Secondly,based on the theoretical research of public transport operation and train running scheme,the design of train running scheme for public transport operation is carried out,and the multi-objective nonlinear objective function is constructed with the shortest passenger travel time in peak hours,the greatest benefit of railway enterprises and the least loss of train air cost.Taking the logarithm and stopping scheme of trains and as variables,and considering the constraints of interval capacity and passenger flow,the two-layer programming model is transformed into a minimum value problem,and the genetic algorithm is to get a solution for the objective optimization.Finally,under the assumptions of unidirectionality,parameter idealization,and system closure,the intercity passenger flow and section passing capacity of ChangshaZhuzhou-Xiangtan are pre-processed,and Changsha Station is used as the starting station to distinguish the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Intercity Railway line.The two systems of the Changsha-Zhuzhou Intercity Line and the Changsha-Xiangtan Intercity Line are independently solved,and the optimized train running plans during peak hours are obtained respectively.As a typical example,the study can provide a reference for the implementation of public transport operation and optimization of train running plan for intercity railways in domestic multi-city circles.
