Research On Train Operation Plan Of Intercity Railway Public Transport Operation

With the rapid development of China's regional economy,the links between neighboring cities have become closer,and many urban agglomerations have emerged as a result,which has led to a sharp rise in demand for intercity passenger travel.Road traffic was the main mode of transportation connected urban agglomerations.However,due to the limitations of its transportation capacity and congestion,it has become difficult to meet the growing travel demand of intercity passengers.The transportation capacity of road transport was compensated to a certain extent with the emergence of inter-city railway.The advantage of inter-city rail transport capacity can be fully utilized,and the travel demand of intercity passengers was satisfied,Inter-city railway urgently need to open passenger trains that operate according to public transportation.A public transport train plan with better adaptability and higher quality was compiled,it can not only make full use of the transportation capacity of inter-city railway operators,but also provide passengers with a more convenient,fast,comfortable and safe travel environment.Based on this,this paper mainly studied the issue of the preparation of the train operation plan for the inter-city railway.The characteristics of the travel demand of intercity passengers and the basic conditions required for public transport operations were studied of this paper.From the aspects of the role and characteristics of the inter-city railway bus and the feasibility of the bus operation,the adaptability of the inter-city railway to the bus operation mode was analyzed.The basic theory of the public transport transportation organization mode of the inter-city railway train operation plan,the main content of the operation plan,the influencing factors of the operation plan,the intercity train stop mode and the formulation principle and preparation process of the operation plan were introduced.The theoretical basis for the preparation of the bus-based train plan was provided.For the characteristics of the inter-city railway bus operation,the interests of both inter-city rail transport companies and passengers were taken into account,a multi-objective programming model with the largest revenue from inter-city railway transportation enterprises,the least waiting time of passengers and the smallest distance of empty seats of train were constructed.According to the characteristics of the model,the ideal point method was used to transform the multi-objective problem into a single-objective problem,which reduced the difficulty of solving the model,and the solution idea was designed and solved by genetic algorithm.Finally,the Wuhan-huangshi Intercity Railway was used as an example study of this paper.Through the analysis of the social and economic conditions along the line,the necessity of implementing the bus operation of the Wuhan-huangshi Intercity Railway was demonstrated.The relevant parameters and passenger flow data were substituted into the established multi-objective planning model in this paper,and the bus-based train operation plan was obtained for the peak hours of Wuhan-huangshi Intercity Railway.It was included 2 trains that arrive directly,5 trains of selective stop trains,and 2 trains that stop at each station.On this basis,the obtained train operation plan was quantitatively analyzed from the aspects of the operation risk of the intercity railway transportation enterprise,the train logarithm,the average train departure intervaland the station service frequency.
