The report to the 19th National Congress of the CPC pointed out that the principal contradiction facing Chinese society has evolved into one between unbalanced and inadequate development and the people’s ever-growing needs for a better life.This imbalance and inadequate placement in tourism,which is reflected in the contradiction between the demand for high-quality tourism experience and the supply of tourism.With the aging of China’s population becoming increasingly serious and the differentiated demand for health and wellness tourism increasingly prominent,the health and wellness tourism industry as the integration of tourism,health,culture,pension and medical resources integration development is extremely necessary.Vigorously promoting the health and wellness tourism industry will be conducive to optimizing the tourism environment,creating the diversification of regional tourism elements,enhancing the depth of tourists’ cognition of regional tourism brands,improving the level of tourism service,and meeting the differentiated needs of tourists for health and wellness tourism.From the perspective of tourists’ demand,this paper makes full use of Jingyuetan National Forest Park’s health tourism resources advantages,and puts forward constructive development strategies in order to achieve good ecological,social and economic benefits.From the Angle of view of the tourist demand,based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs,the tourism destination life cycle theory and the sustainable development of tourism theory,used the Kano model and IPA,by visitors to Jingyuetan National Forest Park,raising awareness and demand for theme of the tourism resources survey and analysis,the main conclusions include:(1)From the perspective of tourism intention of recreation,although more and more people are paying attention to health and wellness tourism,many tourists in Changchun are not familiar with the content of health and wellness tourism,and most tourists show willingness and demand for it,but the affordable cost is relatively low.(2)According to the KANO questionnaire,among the 23 factors of health and wellness tourism in Jingyuetan National Forest Park,2 factors are Must-be quality,6 factors are One-dimensional quality,10 factors are Attractive quality,and 5 factors are Indifferent quality.According to the IPA analysis,7 factors have high importance and satisfaction,4 factors have high importance but low satisfaction,9 factors have low importance and satisfaction,and 3 factors have low importance but high satisfaction.(3)Using the KANO model and IPA analysis results comprehensively,according to Must-be quality priority over One-dimensional quality,One-dimensional quality priority over Attractive quality,the first quadrant priority over the fourth quadrant,and the second quadrant priority over the third quadrant,the development optimization ranking of 23 demand factors for health and wellness tourism in Jingyuetan National Forest Park was completed.The results show that the park’s own hardware facilities should be improved,the richness of health and wellness tourism projects should be enhanced,and the promotion and marketing of health tourism should be emphasized.On the basis,it is proposed to optimize the infrastructure construction and improve the consumption environment of health and wellness tourism;highlight the regional cultural characteristics and optimize the selection of health and wellness tourism projects;Pay attention to brand product promotion to increase the awareness of tourists’ participation in health care;Strengthen the management team construction,give full play to the service soft power and other strategies,provide theoretical reference for managers of Jingyuetan National Forest Park,gradually build the park’s health and wellness tourism brand image,meet the needs of tourists,and promote the continuous growth of regional economy. |
