With the rapid development of urbanization,ecological damage,environmental pollution,and fast-paced work and lifestyle have increasingly prominent negative impacts on people’s physical and mental health.Traveling can alleviate people’s troubles in work and life,but the simple travel mode of “getting on and sleeping,getting off and taking pictures” has been increasingly abandoned by more consumers,resulting in a new consumption concept,from simple The way of tourism consumption has been upgraded to pay more attention to in-depth cultural and ecological experience,and the tourism model that emphasizes personalization,experience and green health has gradually become the new normal consumption.Paying attention to life,attaching importance to health,paying attention to wellness,going to the forest for recreation,leisure and health preservation,eliminating fatigue,relaxing and pursuing tranquility has become an important life content for many urban residents.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of "Healthy China",so that the healthy tourism industry has become an important research direction at this stage.The forest health care industry is based on the forest-based green development concept,giving full play to the comprehensive functions of forest ecology,such as health care,recuperation,and health preservation,and serving the health needs of the population.Transform into a golden mountain and a silver mountain,and embark on a "win-win" development path that not only serves the people’s livelihood,but also promotes economic growth.Taking Bailing Health Ecological Park in Zhaohua District as an example,this paper studies the strategies of forest health tourism design under the background of consumption upgrading,scientific planning,strengthening top-level planning and design,and optimizing the design to create forest planting,forest experience,forest health,etc.The forest health care industrial park with the new industry as the main body,develops a business model combining various ownerships and a series of forest health care agricultural products and cultural derivatives,optimizes forest landscapes,builds forest health care ecological corridors,spreads ecological culture,and creates forest health care.To maintain the social atmosphere,explore a path suitable for the development of the forest health care industry in the mountainous areas of Sichuan,and provide a new consumption path for the people’s growing needs for a better life.
