Platform Leadership And Job Performance Empirical Evidence Form China’s Automobile Sales Industry

In today’s era of continuous economic development,the competition from all walks of life is becoming more and more fierce,and the prospect of the automobile industry is also facing a grim situation.Competition in the automobile industry is becoming increasingly fierce.Many automobile enterprises try to improve quality and efficiency in their own enterprise management,so as to further improve enterprise operating efficiency and employee performance.Platform leadership is one of the new leadership models.It’s characterized by dynamic organizational environment and the rise of knowledge workers.It is characterized by leaders building a common career platform to promote the common growth of subordinates,leaders and organizations.This paper explores the relationship between platform leadership and job performance in automobile enterprise management.Based on self-determination theory,the theoretical model of this paper is constructed,and job remodeling and environmental uncertainty are introduced as mediating variables.Leadership to the work platform was put forward to reshape has positive influence,the working reshape has positive influence on job performance,individual work to reshape the platform leadership effects on job performance plays an intermediary role,environmental uncertainty in reshaping work effects on job performance regulation,environmental uncertainty to adjust the platform type of leadership by working to restore the work performance,etc Five hypotheses.Based on the automobile sales industry,this paper chose the sales team of automobile 4S shop as the subject group,a total of 25 teams,covering 263 people,conducted a questionnaire survey,from the reliability,validity,correlation,mediation effect,moderating effect and other aspects of empirical analysis,verify the hypothesis.The research results of this paper are helpful to study the impact of platform-based leadership on sales performance,and aim to provide guidance and suggestions on internal management improvement and leadership style transformation in the automobile sales industry through the examination of relevant models,which is of great value.
