| With the rapid urbanization,the number of motor vehicles is increasing year by year.The problem of urban parking has become one of the important factors affecting the comprehensive service capacity of urban road traffic,especially the parking problem of hospitals.Due to the influence of comprehensive factors such as large flow of hospital personnel,limited available resources,chaotic traffic organization and unreasonable parking management measures,it is urgent to build a new type of parking facilities with large capacity,high efficiency,easy management and wisdom.However,the construction of the project is bound to have a certain degree of impact on the surrounding road traffic and urban environment,thus causing more traffic problems.Aiming at the current problems,this paper makes a systematic study on the road traffic and parking problems of urban hospitals,puts forward the construction scheme of mechanical stereo garage,and analyzes the traffic impact of the new project.Firstly,this thesis analyzes the problems of hospital parking,such as the contradiction between supply and demand of parking space,the low level of intelligent parking,parking management is not in place,traffic organization is chaotic and so on.In view of the above problems,the paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as the rationalization of parking supply,the intellectualization of parking facilities and the scientization of parking management.This thesis summarizes the common types of mechanical three-dimensional garage at present,and fully discusses some types of garage from the aspects of component composition,operation principle,application scope,advantages and disadvantages,so as to provide the basis for the selection of hospital three-dimensional garage.Secondly,this thesis clarifies the ideas of traffic demand forecasting for the new stereoscopic garage in the hospital,analyzed the reliability of the traditional "four stage method",proposed the OD backstepping method based on TransCAD traffic planning software,and established the OD backstepping technical route.This thesis analyzes the traffic generation and mode division method of the new traffic volume of the project,and studies the traffic distribution and allocation prediction model.Then,aiming at the shortcomings of traditional construction project traffic impact assessment,the paper introduces the matter-element evaluation theory,puts forward the traffic impact assessment method of construction project based on matter-element evaluation model,divides the impact grade into five grades,establishes the traffic impact assessment index system,and gives the quantitative method of each index;This paper introduces two index weight calculation methods,analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy weight method,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods,and proposes a combination weight calculation method to improve the accuracy of weight calculation;The technical roadmap of matter-element evaluation model for traffic impact assessment of construction project is given.With the help of MATLAB programming,the rapid calculation of the model is realized,and then the comprehensive assessment of traffic impact degree of construction project is carried out.Finally,this thesis selects the construction project of new mechanical stereoscopic garage in Changsha Central Hospital as a practical case,verifies the above research results,and finally obtains accurate and reasonable prediction results,which shows the effectiveness and reliability of the above evaluation theory.It provides theoretical basis for the construction of hospital stereoscopic garage and project traffic impact evaluation in the future. |
