| Information asymmetry exists in the information exchange of the construction industry in China for a long time.There is also a lack of auxiliary tools such as BIM technology in the performance evaluation method of project management.The interests of the owners and contractors of construction projects cannot be effectively guaranteed,and conflicts of interests often occur.As an important technical means,BIM technology has been widely used in the construction industry.With the continuous improvement of the participation rate of BIM technology in actual engineering projects,BIM technology has gradually changed the management mode of the construction industry and is expected to become the main direction of the management reform of engineering construction projects.Based on this unit,a largescale BIM research center in Hunan Province has been established.Therefore,the research on performance evaluation of project management based on BIM technology has been chosen as the topic.Based on the existing research results and literature on BIM technology,this paper firstly sorts out and summarizes the advantages and application effects of BIM,and makes an in-depth analysis of its application characteristics and development mode.Secondly,literature survey method and expert interview method were used as tools to conduct research on BIM practitioners in combination with questionnaire research method.Statistical analysis was conducted on the actual use of BIM technology,and data was collected on the impact of BIM technology on the performance level of engineering project management.The third step of this paper is to use the balanced scorecard theory to reasonably screen and optimize the evaluation indicators,and determine the indicators initially.Benefit evaluation theory,combining information technology construction project economic evaluation methods and information technology innovation’s influence on the construction theory of indicators can be divided into project management target,financial dimension,project stakeholders,internal business process,learning and growing 28 secondary indexes,five dimensions of project performance evaluation index system based on BIM technology,Establish BIM project management performance evaluation index system on the basis of project management process theory;The fourth step is to design the BIM project performance evaluation model based on the evaluation index system.Finally,the performance evaluation of BIM application in an airport terminal project in Southwest China was carried out through the project evaluation model,which proved the operability and rationality of the performance evaluation model.This study is helpful to improve the performance evaluation system of project management based on BIM technology.BIM technology,as a multi-professional knowledge collaboration tool,needs to conduct cooperation and management cooperation between various enterprises and units from various perspectives and under the guidance of experts,so as to maximize its performance.This paper puts for ward reference basis for the promotion and improvement of BIM technology application in future engineering project construction,and provides reasonable reference for the scientific application of BIM technology. |
