This paper first designs a set of gas pipeline leakage monitoring and positioning system combined with NB-IoT technology,then selects the detection hardware and designs the control process respectively,then improves the key technologies such as denoising and positioning of the monitoring and positioning system,and verifies the feasibility of the selected scheme through algorithm research and experimental verification.Firstly,this paper analyzes the current situation and development trend of pipeline transportation industry at home and abroad,compares and analyzes some main pipeline leakage detection methods,points out the limitations of existing acoustic detection methods,and puts forward an acoustic location method for gas pipeline leakage based on improved wavelet threshold noise reduction and linear sensor array technology,The improved method is integrated into the leakage monitoring system.Then,starting with the determined system functional requirements,gradually complete the selection of data acquisition circuit,NB-IoT module and GPS module,as well as the design of power supply circuit and system core circuit.The logic control flow charts of perception layer and application layer are designed to further improve the system to meet the needs of practical application conditions.Then the signal denoising algorithm based on improved wavelet threshold is studied.The improved algorithm is used to denoise the noisy signal of gas pipeline leakage under experimental conditions.The experimental results show that when using Db7 wavelet packet for two-layer decomposition,the improved algorithm can better remove the noise in the leakage acoustic signal,make the signal-to-noise ratio increase to 21 dB,retain the signal details,and better meet the requirements of effective noise reduction of leakage acoustic signal of gas transmission pipeline.Finally,based on the existing acoustic location method of gas pipeline leakage based on dual sensors,the location algorithm is improved by using multi-sensor linear array.The experimental results show that the average absolute error rate of the improved method is 74%lower than that of the traditional two sensor method.At the same time,the improved wavelet threshold denoising algorithm further strengthens the anti-interference ability of the improved positioning method.The results show that selecting the sensor array model with the number of 5 can make the system achieve better positioning accuracy and cost balance.At the same time,the feasibility verification experiment is carried out for the above key technologies such as denoising and positioning.As the preliminary design of on-line monitoring system for gas pipeline leakage,this paper is of great significance to improve the detection efficiency and positioning accuracy of gas pipeline leakage,reduce the operation and maintenance cost and reduce the incidence of public safety accidents.Fig.[43]table[6]Ref.[71]...
