Central heating is an important social service in northern China.Prices of energy are on a steady upward trend,and the phenomenon of energy loss caused by leakage of heating pipeline has been an active topic in academic and industry.Timely detection and accurate location of heating pipeline leakage can effectively reduce operating costs and energy waste.At present,no mature heating pipeline leakage detection system is applied to heating projects.The research on leakage detection and location methods of heating pipeline has become an urgent need in the heating field.The heating pipeline leakage detection and location method based on acoustic is studied.As the central unite,STM32F407 is used to design the data acquisition system firstly.With acoustic pressure sensors,acoustic signals are collected and output in the form of voltage.The voltage signal is processed by amplifying module,filtering module and analog-to-digital conversion module,and finally uploaded to the server by data transmission module.GPS module is also used to synchronize the data of different sampling points,and SD memory module is designed to backup the data.The acoustic signals of the actual heating pipeline are collected and the de-noising abilities of db wavelet,sym wavelet and haar wavelet for acoustic pressure signal in pipes were compared.Therefore,the method of acoustic signal denoising suitable for long-distance and large-diameter heating pipeline is achieved.And the feasibility of the leakage detection algorithm based on wavelet de-noising has been verified.Based on the circular pipeline in Liaoning Shihua University,the feasibility of the generalized cross correlation algorithm for leakage location is verified.The method studied in this paper has a good performance for the leakage detection and location of long distance and large diameter heating pipeline so as to obtain better benefits for heating pipeline.
