Constant development of economy and society has accounted for increased mileage of highways and diversified trip mode.As the traffic volume of expressways rises sharply, the number of carrying loads has also increased dramatically.Affected by constant traffic loads and ever-changing environment, the performance of asphalt pavement shows a declining trend. As time goes by,the performance will no longer meet people’s needs of safety, comfort and convenience to some extent. Thus it is of great importance to do a comprehensive study on performance of asphalt pavement. This paper, based on actual situation of Huaihua ring expressway and road condition detection data in recent years,is focus on analyzing performance evaluation and maintenance decision in the following aspects:(1)Analyzing the typical disease of Huaihua ring expressway and figure out its causes and rules by investigating common diseases of asphalt pavement and real status of Huaihua ring expressway.(2)On the basis of existing evaluation systems, the following seven items:damaged condition;roughness;rutting;staggering;abrasion;anti-sliding performance;structural strength were regarded as single evaluation index to do a overall evaluation towards performance. In addition, the author applies the TOPSIS method based on the "local difference" method and evaluates the pavement performance of Huaihua ring expressway.(3)Through analyzing the characteristics of various predictive models at home and abroad and the complexity of pavement performance, the author combines the Grey prediction model with Markov prediction model, rejecting the dross and assimilating the essence, presents a Grey-Markov combined prediction model for the current situation of Huaihua ring expressway, and verifies the accuracy through practical data.(4)After analyzing domestic and international decision-making process of pavement maintenance, the author divides the expressway into several sections based on the actual situation of Huaihua ring expressway, and proposes corresponding maintenance suggestions for each section. |
