Due to the development of the mechanical industry,the gear transmission system has been widely used in many mechanical engineering fields.However,in the transmission process of ordinary involute cylindrical gears,the meshing of gears goes through the meshing zone of double teeth,single teeth and double teeth.The meshing stiffness changes,which results in the increase of the vibration amplitude and the decrease of the smoothness of the transmission,which is disadvantageous to the power transmission of gears,therefore,it is very important to study new gear transmission for improving the dynamic performance of gear transmission.In view of this,a new type of staggered gear transmission is proposed,which has the advantages of large load-carrying capacity and small change of meshing stiffness.Based on the dynamic theory,this paper analyses and studies the stagger gear transmission and stagger planetary gear transmission through the related modeling and simulation software.Firstly,the three-dimensional modeling software is used to model and assemble the stagger gear transmission with different stagger phases,which is imported into Adams software to simulate and analyze the influence of different stagger phases on the meshing force of the gear transmission.Then,through the software of ANSYS Workbench,the movement simulation of different stagger gears and ordinary cylindrical gears is carried out,and the stress change of different stagger gears and ordinary cylindrical gears is analyzed.Then,in the transient dynamics module,quasi-static method is used to calculate the dynamic transmission error of stagger gears and ordinary cylindrical gears,and then the meshing stiffness is calculated.Finally,ANSYS is used to analyze the modal and harmonic response characteristics of different stagger phase stagger gear transmission and ordinary cylindrical gear transmission.On the basis of analyzing the meshing characteristics of stagger gear transmission,this transmission is applied to the 2K-H planetary gear train,that is,the center wheel,the planet wheel and the inner ring gear of the gear train are all stagger gears,the modeling and Virtual Assembly of staggered planetary gear drive are carried out by using 3D modeling software.Through the dynamic simulation of the planetary gear transmission with different stagger phases by Adams,the influence of different stagger phases on the meshing force,angular velocity and Angular Acceleration of the planetary frame in the gear train is analyzed,and then,by calculating its load-sharing Coefficient,.Finally,the Modal Analysis of the staggered planetary gear drive system with different stagger phase is carried out by ANSYS software,and the low-order natural vibration frequency and main vibration mode are obtained.Stagger gear transmission is a new type of transmission.In this paper,the meshing characteristics of stagger gear transmission and its dynamic characteristics in planetary gear trains are analyzed,the conclusion provides a technical reference for staggered gear and its further application in planetary gear train,and provides a new way for the design of even load and vibration reduction of planetary gear train.Figure[62]table[8]reference[79]... |
